Wonderful rooms and onsen. The massage chair was an unexpected bonus in our room. The breakfasts and dinners were so delicious, we had to ski extra to earn them each day. The staff were kind and welcoming! This stay was a highlight of our trip.

The half-board was amazing - spread was almost always different, staff were really friendly and accommodating, and meals were one of the things I looked forward to everyday! Rooms were clean and comfy, massage chairs provided in the rooms were a welcome surprise, and really enjoyed access to the onsens as well.

フロント、食事係とも対応が丁寧。 食事も美しく盛り付けられていた。
302号室。洗面風呂は申し分ないが、居室は、やや狭く、特にスキー客にとっては、小物をおく棚もなく、衣服をかけるハンガーの数も足りない。布団が邪魔をして、扉も空けづらい。それ以外の客にはいいだろう。

If ski at the location it is very convenient. Also easy bus to snow monkey park.
It would be nice if the bed is not a double bed.
