Too perfect for my vacation. Excellent location, bon odori and the 9 onsen just behind the hotel. Mr driver and the front staff team, dining team and housekeeping team are all excellent. Very personalised services that beyond my expectations. I really appreciate their time, sincerity and kindness towards us. Thank you shibu hotel team. :)
Of course there's nothing that I dislike. Everything is well.

The breakfast lacked imagination
Vegetarians don’t just eat vegetables
I had vegetables raw, boiled, & broiled at breakfast & dinner. Very disappointing

We really loved this place. The traditional rooms gave us an authentic Japanese experience, while still having everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There is a private outdoor onsen that we absolutely enjoyed, as well as a private indoor onsen, which was also very nice to have. It made our stay even more special and relaxing.
The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the town’s main street. We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both were absolutely delicious.
Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We truly had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
