Location perfect and very clean but the room was to small for two beds

The location was perfect

The room was tiny, the outside door stuck so had to be opened with force resulting in disruption to sleep. As it made a loud bang.

Good for short stays

A neat and tidy room. Clean and compact.

The outside stairs leading up to the room were quite steep, so a little difficult if carrying luggage. Also, there were no windows, which was fine for us, as we were only there over night.

Clean and functional, but the twin room was too small. The family room was OK.

The place was clean and the bathroom was recently refurbished.

The family room had a reasonable amount of space, but the twin room was cramped. It had one small high window that didn’t open, so we slept with the door wedged open for ventilation. There was not enough room for two independent travels (both with rucksacs) to put anything. The bathroom, was clean and modern and had everything you needed, but it was oh so tiny. Given that no breakfast was provided, it was not great value for money.

Location was suitable to attend funeral.

Rooms much smaller than expected, electric heating in twin room shower area running at maximum and my daughters found it very uncomfortable to sleep.

No windows, quite claustrophobic. Srong smell in the bathroom from drains. Bed configuration not suitable for couples as arranged individually and not able to double up.

It’s a Gem.

It’s a Gem. The rooms are incredible. Newly decorated contemporary. Bathroom the same. Last night we spent the night in the bar it was karaoke night. The locals were fantastic really good atmosphere. We may have got a little tipsy. Bed was firm. Good nights sleep. Our host Marc was friendly.

Room was very nice, very clean and bed is comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Great location. Owner/ manager was very friendly to talk to. Would definitely stay at this property again.

A very comfortable stay.

Marc was very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. He provided lots of local information about places to eat etc. The room was lovely, very modern and well equipped with a spacious En-suite bathroom. We were walking the Tarka Trail and the London Inn is a great place to stop close to the route.

Everything - great venue, great host, great location

Only two small improvements are needed, a blind on the small bedroom window and the bathroom mirror light did not switch off. But thank you for a wonderful stay, we'll be back

Good room at a reasonable price.

Bottles of water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were nice. The bathroom was clean and the shower, shampoo selection was also very nice. With other hotels charging extortionate holiday maker prices way in excess of £100 per night. This was reasonable and pleasant. I would recommend.

Room was very small and there were no windows or ventilation, which to be fair I only noticed due to the unusual hot weather.

Small, cosy room with to die for pizza shack

Cosy room with the pub just downstairs, wonderful bathroom size for the size of the room. Must try stone baked pizza place within the pub garden, highly recommend the spicy pepperoni and garlic dip.

Pub noise may put some off but is easily sorted by closing the windows.
