Location is walking distance to town center, comfortable room and beds. Micro kitchen with coffee and tea supplied. Good TV with remote, excellent wifi, gracious hosts
No breakfast but was told beforehand. We picked this due to walkable location. Lots of very good restaurants in Braunton

The room was clean and had lots of extras which were fabulous and clear that they had done the extra mile.
When we got there they had not received the full information from booking.com so we had a super king bed rather than twin beds as we had requested through booking.com. Made a phone call and was made to feel it was my fault and then when they came to change the beds it was really awkward and made us both feel incredibly unwelcome with the tone that they were clearly put out. We offered to have the covers and so it ourselves but they insisted. Couldn’t wait to leave.
