Удобное расположение. Большой рынок прямо под окнами. Если открыть окна, пахнет ароматными специями. Свежий ремонт, очень приятный интерьер. Иногда непросто найти выключатель света (подсветка рабочих поверхностей кухни и зеркала в прихожей). Интересно!
Недостатки не повлияли на очень хорошее впечатление: - ночью было шумно с открытыми окнами, - не хватало сушилки для белья в помещение. Особенно когда на улице очень ветренно или идет дождь. Но в квартире есть кондиционер, и он решает вопросы комфортной температуры и осушает воздух.

Super lokalizacja, czysto i wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia na miejscu. Bliskość targu to dla nas super plus.
Wszystko nam się podobało. Jedyne nad czym można popracować to odbiór kluczy. Instrukcje wysłane bardzo późno.

Отличное расположение,:рядом с Центральным парком, на каждом шагу кафе и рестораны. Квартира отвечает высокому стандарту комфорта, кровать как дома, даже рожковая кофемашина была,:правда без кофе. В феврале было тепло: центральное отопление квартиры это приятно.
Соседи жарят свинину с луком до полуночи и очень плохая звукоизоляция, соседи шумные. Это центр, тишина наступает после 12 ночи.

The apartment is spacious, clean, warm, and has literally everything one might need for a stay. The location is right in the center of Kutaisi, with many grocery stores and cafes nearby. Overall, check-in (once instructions were provided) and check-out were very easy. I enjoyed the stay.
It'd be great to receive check-in instructions directly via Booking, at least on the day of arrival. I shouldn’t have to write to request them. Also, the WiFi connection was unstable.
