Very good place with a good location

The place is relatively new and therefore everything is still very clean and well maintained. The shared kitchen is well equipped. The pool is small but perfect for an early morning or evening dip. The location is fine, a Pepito supermarket and several restaurants are in walking distance, Ubud center as well as Tegalalang rice terraces are a 20 Min. Scooter ride away.

A small issue might be the acoustics. I stayed in room 101 and I could hear people staying in the opposite rooms with attached kitchen and terrace quite clearly (where unfortunately, people were talking on the phone or with each other sometimes in the middle of the night - seems like they were remotely working within European time zones). The rooms 102 to 104 are for sure better concerning acoustics.

It was a nice stay. The villa was very clean and quite decent, with less noise in the surroundings compared to our previous stay at Sankara Resort. The rooms were tidy, and the property manager, Tulus, along with the other staff, were very helpful throughout our stay.

Absolutely recommended!

The accommodation was excellent—clean, comfortable, and equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and fridge, perfect for preparing meals. Tulus was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The rented motorcycle was also in great condition and added a lot of convenience to our trip. The location is about 15-20 minutes from Ubud Centre, but getting around with Grab or your own scooter is super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Good

A clean room and a swimming pool, with no insects or reptiles. The bathroom is also very clean. Tulus was very helpful and friendly to us. Thanks to him, he is truly wonderful.

However, the location of the house is not ideal. Although it is close to many places in Ubud, the entrance is a long way from the main street and goes through narrow alleys with simple local houses. Cars cannot enter, so you need to walk through these alleys to reach the house.

This is a quiet secluded property, on 15min drive to central Ubud. Wonderful beds and large rooms. The kitchen facilities were useful. Great owner that really takes pride in his business.

Overall, a great stay!

Made was an amazing host, let’s start there. He's kind, the place is spotless and well maintained. The construction next door runs from 9 AM to 4 PM. I didn’t find it too disruptive. The hotel is about a 10 minute bike ride from the center, but if you prefer to stay in, you have everything you need. A quality supermarket, Petito, is just down the street, and Pondok Panji has a fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Punaise de lit, infesté. Ne ramenez pas ça dans vos affaires

L’endroit est infesté de punaise de lit. Il suffit de soulever les draps pour les retrouver.

L’hôte aurait pu éviter ce commentaire en acceptant l’annulation gratuite parce que nous sommes parti immédiatement. Mais il a préféré l’appât du gain. Il a même tenter de faire croire que je ne me sois pas présenter pour éviter cela. En plus d’être degueulasse, l’établissement est malhonnête.

Parfait pour se sentir bien à proximité du centre d’Ubud

Pour notre premier long voyage avec notre bébé, nous nous sommes sentie très bien. Merci à Tulus pour avoir tout fait pour qu’on se sente bien. Chambre très propre. Commerces à 3 minutes à pied et pas loin du centre ville en voiture/moto.

Hôtel familiale et chaleureux avec situation géographique top !

Le personnel était charmant et très à l’écoute de nos besoin avec un bébé. D’une serviabilité incroyable. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour des parents ayant un petit bébé. Demandez la chambre numéro 26. La cuisine se trouve à côté et vous disposez d’une fontaine à eau avec eau chaude et froide en tout temps gratuitement pour les biberons !!!

L’établissement a demandé à leur partenaire un prêt de lit bébé… mais l’addition a été très salée…

Très confortable

Tulus est très gentil et super disponible. La chambre est très belle on s'y sent bien, et la salle de bain super spacieuse.

Je pensais être plus proche d'Ubud centre, pour trouver des bons endroits pour manger à proximité (à pieds) j'ai eu un peu de mal. Par contre proche du village des peintres et ça c'est génial !
