Lavista Guesthouse

This is lovely guest house. The room is clean and comfortable. It does not have all the facilities of a hotel, but the price is great. I think there are six rooms all opening into the main area. The owner and her employee are both very nice and look for ways to be helpful. In fact, Ayu would greet us and ask each day if we needed anything. She helped or guided us to the right help for everything even if it had nothing to do with our stay there. The owner actually walked be to a laundry place and when that did not work, she made some calls to find me a quality laundry at an excellent price. (This was the service she uses for the sheets and towels at the home stay.) There are steep steps leading to the rooms and normal steps up to the individual lower level rooms. So this is not for those with limited mobility. We stayed here for two full weeks. We would stay here anytime we are in Ubud. Fantastic.

Comfortable, clean, amazing value for money, very helpful staff, this was our first stop after a very long flight, arrived at 2AM and the staff welcomed us and showed us to our room, shared kitchen was available so we could make ourselves some nice coffee in the morning.

Quiet and great breakfast

Hard to find , google maps takes you up 50 stairs but hotel is further on, no signs to indicate the hotel except a little one on door entrance ..can’t see at night and could not find an office …you need to phone that you srrived

la cama, la habitación, la amabilidad del personal por hacer que todo funcione bien, el aire acondicionado.

la cocina ( muy pequeña, se tenia que compartir con otros huéspedes que seguido dejaban comida al afuera con un olor apestoso y no había espacio para dejar las cosas en el refrigerador. Los otros huéspedes dejaban los utensilios a veces sucios o los lavaban mal y quedaban restos de comida o mal olor en los platos) los cantos de los gallos en la mañana. Si quieres dormir debes si o si ponerte tapones porque empiezan a cantar a las 4 de la mañana y luego no paran nunca mas.
