Spotless, comfortable and great hosts!

We had a great stay at this holiday rental. The place was spotless, comfortable, and very easy to access. Everything was exactly as described, which made the stay stress-free. Raymond and Alice were lovely hosts, friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

A fabulous location, a great apartment, spotlessly clean, warm in winter, great value for money.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location near to the seafront, with it's own parking space. The flat was spotlessly clean, really warm during our winter stay and really well laid out. There was even a lovely Christmas tree! It was fantastic having two bathrooms and the showers were great. We were a stone's throw from the sea front, and to shops and restaurants, but being opposite the park meant it was really quiet at night. The metro was a short walk away, so easy to get into Newcastle or explore the coast. Fantastic value for money for our winter weekend away and highly recommended.

Nice apartment would go again.

Nice and clean and very modern.

Single bed mattress no good for adult use. Nit picking now, both clocks on the walls did not have batteries. All white cups get marked easy and hard to clean. For your info… Needs looking at ….Shower tray in double bedroom gets filled up and does not drain very well.

A lovely apartment, very comfortable, has everything you need for a very nice stay. The instructions from the owner were easy to follow. The location was great, close to the beach and very good restaurants nearby.

Amazing place with perfect hosts!

The location was perfect! A stones throw away from the sea front, restaurants, shops, everything you could want was on your door step. The parking to the rear was fantastic, making moving cases in & out so easy. The apartment was spacious, clean & well equipped.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. It was perfect for what we wanted.

Our rooms got mixed up as we were sent the wrong details. But Raymond was super quick to sort it out. The apartment is definitely in need of a deep clean & a bit of tlc but was pleasant enough

Lovely apartment near the sea front. Very comfortable and located close to amenities. I was working in the apartment some of the time and the environment was ideal for that.
