The Cottage
Dragonfly Cottage is a two bedroom bright and airy terraced cottage, located in the centre of Holt and within walking distance from all the lovely shops and eateries. It is also just a short drive from Norfolk's finest beaches. The cottage is the perfect getaway and has the benefit of an enclosed garden, should you have a dog or young children, and is furnished and decorated to a high standard.
The cottage is approached off the street, via a pathway to the front door, leading straight into the sitting room.
The open plan sitting and dining room is pretty and welcoming with two comfortable sofas, a side table, lamps, smart television and ornamental fireplace. The sitting room has a shallow step up to the dining area, which has a country pine kitchen table and four chairs providing the perfect space for eating together.
The kitchen leads through to the dining space and has a range of wooden base units and shelving above, a free standing gas cooker, microwave, kettle and under counter fridge (please note there is a free-standing freezer in the storage cupboard off the dining area) and washing machine.
The bathroom is off the kitchen and features a walk-in electric shower, wash basin and loo.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms off the central landing and a separate loo and wash basin.
The principal bedroom overlooks the garden at the rear and has a double bed with two bedside tables and lamps, free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom, at the front of the cottage has 3ft single twin beds, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and free standing wardrobe.
There is a travel cot and high chair available in the cupboard in the dining area. Please speak to a member of the Big Skies team if you would like to make use of this.
Outside
The pretty private garden is fully enclosed at the rear of the cottage with a round table and four chairs. There is also a barbeque for you to use.
Restricted on-street parking is available between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday or free outside these times. Albert Street Car park is a short walk away and weekly tickets are available to purchase.
One four-legged friend is welcome, but there is a small charge of £25. Please let us know if you wish to bring a pet.
