About this cottage rental
Immaculately presented, The Middle House is a modern three storey, three bedroom property which has been tastefully styled throughout to offer comfortable and stylish living. Set on a quiet and well-kept modern estate on the edge of town, the house feels bright and fresh, and is perfect for families and friends, including the hound, at any time of year.
The Middle House features a newly fitted kitchen with a dining table, and a lovely bright sitting room at the rear with French doors leading out to the well landscaped garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a study arranged off the landing. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, for those who like to unwind with a hot soak after a long day exploring. On the second floor is the spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room. The enclosed garden is laid to patio and lawn and perfect for a morning coffee and to enjoy alfresco dining in the summer months. At the front there are two parking spaces, with additional roadside parking, and bikes can be stored in a walkway at the rear.
The Georgian town of Holt offers charming upmarket shops and eateries, and is easily accessible to the coast and wider countryside. With National Trust properties on your doorstep, the gorgeous Poppy Line Stream Train, heathlands and beaches in easy reach, The Middle House makes a comfortable base for a group of friends or family exploring the area.
