Appartement spacieux pour un T2 bien située pas loin du centre-ville et quartier très calme 😊parking apprécié, même si ce n’était pas toujours évident de se garer devant la résidence 😉
Petit bémol pour le Parking souterrain boxe où il était très compliqué de se garer avec un SUV obligé de plier les rétros, il y a un parking extérieur, mais pas suffisamment de place pour tous 😉

L'équipement très complet du logement, Le calme de son implantation. Une place de parking facile et gratuite devant l'immeuble et même un garage à disposition au cas ou le parking serait complet
Juste l'accès très pentu depuis le centre ville qui n'est pas signalé sur le descriptif. La découverte difficile du n° 10 de la rue qui pourrait être signalé un peu mieux car les immeubles se ressemblent beaucoup sur place et nous avons tourné autour du premier immeuble (n° 2 au 8 avnt de découvrir le second immeuble.
