The apartment has very good localtion in the good neighborhood and is close to the beach. In the apartment was all that we needed. We were introduced at first to the apartment and contact with the host later on was also great. It was clean and rather quiet place. Overall not bad place if you don't have big expectations and you don't want something affordable.

The apartment is small but for us it was ok. One problem can occur when taking a shower, there is not much space there. A bigger person can have problems getting into the cabin. Another problem is that during the summer the apartment rooms are heating up drastically. Fortunetaly there is an AC in the good condition so that helped.

The kitchen was user friendly.

1.The shot was just Soo stressful, I dtruggito get in and out because my body type is not petite like the shower was design for such. 2. The rubbish bin was full and the smell didn't know where to dispose of.

Location good for train - Nice Ville

Air conditioning (no compensation given for no air conditioning as stated in description, given a small fan)not working and room very stuffy, could not leave windows open at night due to noisy appartments behind. Shower is a hazard to enter if you are a larger person, in my opinion someone could have an accident and fall. Kitchen utensils could possibly be upgraded, but old and worn.
