Az elhelyezkedése közel a tengerparthoz, üzletekhez, 2-es villamos megállóhoz, ami a repülőtérre visz ki. Gyalog is elérhető közelségben a központi vasútállomás. Kényelmes sétával el lehet jutni a sétáló utcára. Csendes környék, mégis közel mindenhez. Napernyő volt.
A tisztaság lehetne egy kicsit igényesebb illetve a konyhai tisztítószer és mosogatáshoz szükséges kellékek hiányoztak. Ezeket magunknak szereztük be. Szúnyoghálót az ablakra lehetne felszerelni, mert éjjszaka a szellőztetésnél bejöttek a szúnyogok. A légkondi sajnos csak abban a helyiségben volt érezhető, ahol fel van helyezve.

The location is excellent, there are bus and tram stations nearby, the tram goes from the airport almost to the accommodation, the beach is a 7-minute walk away, many shops and cafes... restaurants...
The accommodation is definitely not for 4 adults... the bedroom is for two people, and the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable... as many have written, the air conditioner does not work well... we also had the misfortune that there was no water on the last day, but that is not the owner's fault, the towels were not changed at least during the 4 nights we stayed

proximity to parking, although it was expensive. it was close to beach and highway so going to Monaco and Cannes was east. the property had kitchen and washing machine which was helpful.
It was really small for 4 people and Air conditioning was not good enough for summers.
