The apartment is very well located, within easy walking distance of the city centre, with a supermarket only about 400 metres away. We also had no difficulty finding a parking space directly in front of the apartment. Overall, the apartment matches the listing photos, allowing for the fact that they were taken professionally. It is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen utensils and shower essentials. The beds are comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning, fans are provided and helped keep the temperature inside more comfortable. Access to the apartment was very straightforward, and communication with the host was always quick. The host was also very accommodating. After checking out, we realised that we had left our raclette grill behind. We contacted her a couple of hours later, and she kindly allowed us to return and collect it ourselves, provided the cleaners had already left. Overall, the apartment offers very good value for money.

The kitchen tap could do with being replaced, as it looks quite worn and is loose rather than properly secured. The shower head and hose could also be replaced, and the shower cabin in general would benefit from some minor cosmetic renovation. The staircase leading to the apartment may feel rather narrow to some guests, although this is clearly shown in the listing photos. None of these points caused us any real inconvenience or negatively affected our stay. I am mentioning them mainly because the review form specifically asks guests to list any drawbacks.

Comme les autres voyageurs l’absence de porte dans la salle de bains toilettes est un peu déroutante Escalier étroit

La struttura è ampia e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro a piedi in 10 minuti e la stazione dei treni in 3 minuti. La signora Magdalena è stata sempre disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare la struttura pronta prima dell’orario del check-in.

In bagno non c’è la porta ma solo una tenda e come finestra è presente un lucernario senza tenda e non apribile. Inoltre alla mattina entra molta luce nella camera da letto

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Wir konnten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen.

Wir hatten Probleme an den Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu kommen - Kontakt zur Vermieterin war erst am nächsten Tag möglich. Auf die versprochene Entschädigung für den uns entstanden Schadens warten wir heute noch. Leider hatte die Wohnung nur eine Türe - die Eingangstür - auch keine Bad Türe nur einen Vorhang - das ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es hätte auch etwas mehr Geschirr geben können, wenn es doch eine Geschirrspülmaschine gibt und auch Taps dafür. Für die überaus lauten und nachtaktiven Mieter des über uns liegenden Appartements - kann die Vermieterin nicht´s!
