Relax in this calm and stylish space centrally located. Brand new, modern, fully accessible1 bedroom annexe with private entrance. It's a 12 minute walk to the central train station and a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bike/scooter ride to the historic University town centre. We are fully wheelchair accessible with wetroom and step free access. If the wide selection of local restaurants, cafes and pubs on Mill Road doesn’t tempt you, there is a well appointed kitchen. Smartly decorated with a brand new cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, SMART TV (wifi) and high speed internet. Our step-free entrance is accessible with an 910mm wide door and paved path from the driveway. The space is designed with mobility needs in mind. The kitchen worksurface can be raised or lowered to allow an easy accessible space. There is under floor heating throughout and a luxury accessible wetroom. The bedroom consists of a double bed with two fitted wardrobes. The property can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children with a double sofabed in the living room. Guests will have access to one allocated parking space at the front of the property. There is a rear and front courtyard with table and chairs solely for guest use.

It is within easy walking distance to the main train station and has excellent transport connections to the City Centre, Cambridge University Colleges, the Science Park, and Addenbrookes Campus.
