This Venice apartment is on the first floor, and easily accessible from the Arsenale and San Marco Zaccaria vaporetto stops. This was important to us, as we have a family member with walking difficulty. We were very happy in this apartment, with space enough for two adult couples in the bedrooms and one child on the sofa for sleeping. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of countertop space for meal prep. The dishwasher was a lovely touch. The air conditioning was effective. The host was responsive and helpful.
While we were very happy to have a clothes washer, it leaked within the closet floor and it banged and jumped during the wash cycle. We reported this to the host, so it may be fixed before your visit. I cannot think of any other downside. We were very happy in this apartment.

It was really nice and clean apartment in central spot. Only 3’ away from the vaporetto. The decoration was also amazing.
The staff was super helpful and replied really fast every time I messaged them.
