Localización, y la amplitud del apartamento. Camas muy cómodas. El aire acondicionado también se agradece en agosto.

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos y del centro. Zona muy tranquila sin el bullicio de la gente. Tiene un supermercado de barrio a 200mts. Christian muy atento a todas nuestras necesidades. P.D. Nosotros estuvimos en el apartamento de la planta baja.
Yo pondría un segundo aire acondicionado en el salón. Tiene uno en la habitación principal, pero no llega bien al salón. Eso sí, han puesto un ventilador y eso ayuda. En nuestro caso la wifi no funcionó, cosa extraña ya que es lo mejor puntuado con un 10.

Super Lage, nette Einrichtung, Küche gut ausgestattet.
Leider ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig und daher nicht so ruhig, wie beschrieben. In den umliegenden Wohnungen waren zum Teil laute Parties, direkt vor der Türe standen nachts oft Leute. Da hört man jedes Wort. Wenn in der Wohnung darüber jemand nachts nach Hause kommt, hört man das auch ziemlich deutlich.
