The property is very large and comfortably accommodated our family of 6. There’s an in unit washer and dryer which was important for us because Venice was the last leg of our 3 week trip. It was very, very convenient. We loved being in the quieter neighborhood of Castello yet we were only 15 min walk from the “action” of Piazza San Marco.
The restaurants and gelaterias that are nearby were exceptional as well. We ate dinner at La Nuova Perla twice during our stay.
The only thing that was confusing were all of the switches inside the apartment. It took a bit to learn which switches turned on the different things and if switches shouldn’t be touched. Also, there was a problem with our hot water but that was resolved as quickly as they could when we told them about the issue.

Tolle Lage, viele Restaurants, Geschäfte rundherum, trotzdem ruhig. Großes, bestens ausgestattetes Apartment!
Den Nachbarn der oberen Wohnung hört man extrem laut, leider vor allem in der Nacht!

Logement très bien situé, quartier calme, très proche des vaporetto et a 10mn de la place Saint Marc.
Très bien accueillis par Florence (en français !) qui nous a remis les clés et donné d'excellents conseils pour visiter Venise et profiter de notre séjour.
Le très grand salon a été apprécié, l'appartement est très bien équipé. Parfait, a recommander
