Superb, comfortable apartment with aircon and 2 very comfortable bedrooms. It is ideally located, just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Venice and only a 5 minute walk to Via Garibaldi, with all the local restaurants, shops and bars. There is a vaporetto stop just 2 minutes away from where you can catch vaporetti direct to almost everywhere in Venice including the airport and train station.
I honestly cannot think of anything that was negative - it surpassed our expectations.

The location was great. It was a 3 minute walk from restaurants, gelato shop and grocery store. It was about a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop. The apartment was very well stocked with everything that you need to include welcome drinks, water, soda and spirits in the refrigerator. The apartment had air-conditioning in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and washing machine. Our host, Enzo, was very quick to respond.
The hot water broiler kept shutting off and we needed to constantly reset it, not a big deal. The living room only had a Dyson fan, no air-conditioning but it did keep the area comfortable since it wasn't too hot outside. The apartment is on a second floor and has no elevator.

Enzo was very communicative since first minut, he was very helpfull and gave us good edvices and helped us with everything we needed.
The location of the apartment is great!
The apartment is close to the stations and the transportation is very easy. Even by foot we easily reached everywhere we wanted
The apartment is very clean and tidy
and well equipped
A washer and dryer available was a major bonus
We stayed in the apartment as a family of 5 adults and it was too crowded for us.
