The experience was not comfortable at all

the location was cool, next to the station and easy to get to the city center and the acquarium. There was enough space in the house. I was expecting a worse experience with the sofa bed: even though it has not been totally comfortable, it has been acceptable.

Terrible smell of humidity. Terrible level of cleanliness: a pillowcase had a stain, there was facial hair in the sink, the bed blanket of the sofa bad was dirty with dust on it. There were ants near the bathroom door. The shower drain was totally clogged, transforming the shower in a bath after just a couple of seconds. The water boiler was unplugged and the water switch was off (since we stayed there for a night, we had to take a cold shower): this is as unacceptable as the level of cleanliness. The living room with the sofa bed does not have the curtains to cover from the sun light in the morning and this is not ok for a room considered as a place where you should sleep. After the check-in we were contacted by phone from the host just to know which was our checkout time: I mean, they should care more about the apartment rather than pushing us to tell them our plans.

Поддержка была на связи, но это не дало никаких результатов.

Было много бюрократии с регистрацией. Мне прислали неправильный код от кейса с ключами. Был отвратительный запах плесени от белья, я попросила заменить на чистое или новое, но мне достали старое покрывало, которое я убрала из-за запаха, разложили диван, который я два раза складывала обратно. Новое одеяло ужасно воняло плесенью! Было невозможно спать, я укрывалась пальто. По приезду не работал вай фай это крайне важно, когда ты иностранец и у тебя ройминг, но поддержка ответила, что мастер придет через 10 дней. То есть интернета не было. Было сломано кольцо на ключах, я поранилась, это такая мелочь, 1€ стоит заменить брелок (я купила его и оставила владельцам). Было немного грязно в целом, не была уверена в чистоте постельного белья. И был сундук, где все валялось и пахло плесенью, там и лежало белье, просто отвратительно.

Spezielles Ambiente mit einzelnen Steinwänden. Infrastruktur mit allem, was wir brauchten Direkt im Zentrum: nahe zum Hafen und sehr nahe zum Bahnhof Gastgeberin war gut erreichbar und bemüht Internet-Ausfall schnell zu beheben

*Gehweg mit Gepäck etwas anstrengend durch Pflastersteine und eher steil. Jedoch für uns gut machbar und nicht so weit. *Geruch muffig, auch jedes Mal nach Lüften. Trocknungsgeräte vorhanden, Funktioni für uns zu kompliziert * Küchenutensilien und Kästchen spechig beim Anfaaaen * Matratzen für uns zu hart (eine Decke zum unterlegen genommen 👍🏻) * Mückengitter nur im Schlafzimmer und etwas defekt- somit lästige Stiche eingefangen * Leider keine Sitzgelegenheit im Freien bei der Wohnung oder in der näheren Umgebung

Acceso complicado para gente mayor y/o con mucho equipaje. El acceso previo común con roedores, en el departamento había mucho olor a humedad, era incómodo para 4 personas, no había horno para cocinar (solo un anafe), el wifi no funcionaba bien, ducha muy pequeña, y ropa de cama con mucho uso. Mosquitos propias de la humedad y telas de araña en diferentes ambientes. No había tendedero para colgar ropa por lo tanto no pudimos lavarla.
