Street parking fines detracted from the overall experience - the host could have prewarned

There is plenty of space in the apartment, and the provision of a washing machine was good (even although we only used it once!). The apartment was quiet and not too far from the local Doro supermarket further up the hill.

The entrance to the apartment is not very appealing, especially at night, with neighbours' large dogs in the passageway/ stairs. This is really an Airbnb-type apartment, with the owners' personal possessions stored in concealed wardrobes, so it was not exactly the 'vibe' that we expected. We did not expect to feel cold during the night, but the bed sheets are very thin and the heating cannot be adjusted. It was cold and wet in Genoa in the middle of May! The shower room/ ensuite is quite cramped and would benefit from a good clean inside the shower unit. The name is 'Seaview and Balcony' - the sea is just about visible in the distance and the balcony looked unsafe and certainly not big enough to sit out on. Parking on the street should be made clear - it is not clear from street signs, so it should be better explained by the host before arrival, since most of the visitors will be coming by car. I picked up €240 of parking tickets on the street in front of the apartment, and it has still not been clearly explained to me what I did wrong. The white line starts in the middle of the bend in the road to the left of the apartment. My car was parked for two days without being moved and I was given 3 parking tickets! The location is in the middle of a residential part of Genoa (which we knew when we booked), and so we felt quite distant from the main part of the city.

L unica pecca è il parcheggio Auto... Non si trova parcheggio e con 2 bambini piccoli è un scomodo parcheggiare lontano...

Appartamento accogliente e comodo e a differenza delle recensioni lette,abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Avrei voluto ci fosse un pacco di tovaglioli,qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più,del caffè..e un po' di pulizia in più,visto che siamo stati 3 giorni e mezzo.

Ha csak pár napotok van Genovaban,és tágas ingatlant kerestek!

Megfelelő méretű terasz 4 fő részére,felújított ingatlan. Kellemes kilátással a kikötőre,66os busz a ház előtt rakott le. Csendes volt a háztömb.

Megtévesztés a falon a klíma,nem működik,de 4db ventilátorral elviselhető az ingatlan. Egyik szobában az ágy matraca elhasználódott. utolsó napokban elromlott a lift,tehát gyaloglás a 6.ikra
