Great location. Quiet area. There are several hypermarkets nearby. The area is safe to live. Intelligent neighbors. New house. Repairs in the apartment are expensive and modern. The furniture is new and expensive. Luxury apartments. Parking is free. The air conditioner cools great. The elevator is working. The intercom works. Nearby there are many shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. and cherry on the cake - an amazing and unique view from the window !!!

3 towels for every person. Near is the Coop market, comfortable location, parking site is possible. The person, which was responsible of our apartment was very polite, helpful and friendly, thanks for him! :)
The noise of the bathroom fan. And It would be better to have one communication, not doubled, as we had to write when we will come and leave twice, to the firm and to the person, which was responsible of our apartment. large and comfortable space with everything we needed, it was also close to public transport

L'appartamento è accogliente e ha tutto ciò che serve, biancheria, stoviglie, elettrodomestici etc. Anche la posizione è comoda per muoversi con i mezzi verso il centro.
È nel complesso pulito, ma potrebbe esserci maggiore attenzione ai dettagli (muro del salotto, bollitore, divano, tovagliette). Con un po' più di cura avrebbe sicuramente recensioni più alte. Attenzione a chi patisce la luce la mattina perché non ci sono persiane.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con un'unica pecca.
Soggiorno assolutamente gradito! Posizione ottima a 300m dalla stazione metro, quindi comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi meta. Divano letto un tantino scomodo consiglierei ai gestori di sostituire il materasso.
Unica pecca perlopiù in orario serale dopo le 21, se vuoi camminare lungo il porto a piedi in tranquillità con la tua famiglia bhe non è proprio il luogo ne il percorso migliore e sicuro.

Vacanza da incubo: assolutamente sconsigliato
La posizione non era male. Tre fermate di autobus dall'acquario di Genova.
All'arrivo alle 18 le pulizie non erano state ancora effettuate, poi sono state fatte, ma lasciando sporca la doccia e il divano. I riscaldamenti non funzionavano, l'appartamento era freddissimo. Abbiamo avvisato i gestori dei problemi ma non hanno risolto nulla. Dietro un comodino abbiamo trovato strani piccoli escrementi. Il bollitore dell'acqua in cucina era sporco e pieno di calcare. Esperienza da incubo!
