Plusieurs problèmes techniques, un seul chauffage fonctionne, la fenêtre de la chambre reste ouverte, la fermeture est cassée, la porte de la salle de bain et toilette reste ouverte, poignée cassée, la cafetière ne fonctionne pas, et le pire l’appartement est situé dans une résidence sale, et le logement est infesté par des cafards qui courait sur le sol, dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, dès le premier jour, nous avons constaté le loueur, qui nous a dit qu’il ferait intervenir deux entreprises, malgré nos relances chaque jour, personne n’est venu réparer, une personne est venue pour traiter les cafards, mais avec du Monsieur propre , sans résultat, nous attendons un remboursement, à noter que le service client booking, malgré nos relances et leur engagement à répondre sous 24h est resté muet, nous attendons toujours leur réaction

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt

Die Lage. Man war schnell am Hafen und in der Stadt, dennoch ist es ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber hat sich gut um einen gekümmert und sich immer erkundingt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Man muss bedenken, dass die Italiener sehr temperamentvoll und laut sind ;)

Leider ernüchternd

- gemütliches Bett, schönes Schlafzimmer - Smart Tv - zwei große Bettdecken (es hat jedoch nur eine einen Bezug) - Klimaanlage - entspannter Check in und out - Unterkunft erfragt oft, wie der Aufenthalt verläuft

- extrem unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus und im Bad (Urin, feucht) - starker Schimmel im Bad! Die Unterkunft sagt, dass es nur ein Wasserfleck/ Leck wäre und daher nicht gesundheitsschädlich (leider nicht wahr) - Schimmel wurde vorher weggewischt - Ausstattung in der Küche ist eher dürftig z.B nur ein Glas vorhanden, kein Tuch zum Trocknen - Besteck, Tassen, Teller waren teilweise dreckig - anfangs war der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft sehr freundlich und respektvoll, bei der Beschreibung der Missstände wirkte es dann nur noch als werden Ausreden gesucht - Booking hat eine Anteilige Rückerstattung veranlasst, welche ohne Probleme erfolgt ist. Die Unterkunft hatte sich erstmal nicht bei Booking zurückgemeldet. - Wände sind dünn und hellhörig

Buona connessione ad internet, supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi

La pulizia della struttura è assolutamente da rivedere. Il bagno emanava un cattivissimo odore (che si spargeva anche nel resto dell’appartamento) probabilmente dovuto alla muffa ben visibile sulla parete e sul soffitto del box doccia che non era stato neanche ben pulito. Non c’erano a disposizione kit mono-dose di cortesia, il phon non funzionava bene e non c’erano degli attaccapanni dove mettere gli asciugamani per la doccia e per le mani. In cucina la lavastoviglie non funzionava, non avevamo a disposizione né una spugna per pulire il tavolo né un canovaccio per asciugare i piatti/le posate o per asciugarci le mani (sarebbe stato strettamente necessario considerando anche che la lavastoviglie era fuori uso), inoltre c’era un unico bicchiere a disposizione
