Victorian Guest House 200m from the Seafront

Fantastic location, very easy to walk to the prom/coastal path and walk around the lake. Great to visit old haunt (my wife grew up on that Wirral coast and we visited friends and spots) Wonderful spacious room and really enjoyable bathroom. Saun & Mark very welcoming, and parking OK so carrying things in and out was easy. Delicious meal at Andreæe's

Everything, to say this place is exceptional is a major understatement, its just beyond exceptional, its stunning in every possible way and all the personal touches throughout the property are amazing. We stayed in the green room and the bed is the most comfortable bed we have both ever slept in at any place we have stayed at. The breakfast is such good quality and the dining room and garden are such beautiful places and there isn't a score high enough for this place, to give it 10 out of 10 doesn't do this place justice, The place is so good, we booked again to stay here for when we visit the area again next month and we are looking forward to staying here already. Mark and Shaun are the most amazing hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them, perfect communication straight away, perfect instructions before we arrived which allowed us easy access to the property and we highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in West Kirby. The location is excellent for everything that West Kirby has to offer and is only 10 minutes walk from the train station.

The breakfast was too limited and there was no regular cleaning of the room while we were there. The accommodation was more akin to an Air B and B which is not what we booked
