It is truly worth allowing time at this amazing home, in order to enjoy the beautifully renovated Victorian details, in addition to bed, breakfast, and the warm hospitality provided by the host.

Stunning house in a gorgeous location.

The house is absolutely stunning - it was such a treat to stay here. The owners are so welcoming, the garden is gorgeous and the breakfast was lovely. I would highly recommend. The location is great - really close to the water and centre of West Kirby.

Exceptionally kind and welcoming hosts, spacious rooms with access to a garden and excellent nights sleep. West kirby beach and promenade is only a short walk away and numerous local restaurants to pick from.

Wonderful, welcoming…will come back

A beautifully restored Victorian house full of charm. Our host was most welcoming The bed was super comfy and I loved the powerful shower and range of gorgeous smelly shower gels! The location is perfect as it’s in easy walking distance to all the cafes and restaurants as well as the beach. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

The seagulls were quite noisy but that’s what you get at the seaside!

A fantastic stay with amazing hosts.

Accommodation was outstanding and in character. Hosts were exceptional, left you with the privacy to enjoy the house and gardens, but very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was cereals, toast, porridge, orange juice.Lots of choices of teas and coffees. We preferred this method.Lovely dining room, with doors into the gardens . Ideal position, for sea front, marina, shops, pubs, restaurants, but very quiet .

You felt like you was at home, not in a B&B. Even the garden wrapped itself around you. The location was good for access to the trains, buses and bars etc.

Beautiful home and great hosts

House was absolutely amazing and the hosts Mark & Shaun, went out of their way to make our stay a never to forget experience. They were happy to have a chat and ensured everything required was provided. Their knowledge of the area could not be faulted which made our planning much easier The rooms were a good size, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was 'to die for'. Complimentary breakfast certainly hit the spot and the outlook into the garden made it all the better.

Lovely house and condition but short on services

The location, our room, comfortable bed and the high standard of the interior decor

The breakfast was too limited and there was no regular cleaning of the room while we were there. The accommodation was more akin to an Air B and B which is not what we booked

Perfect

Beautiful property in a great location , very peaceful and chilled. The hosts were away but the communication was fantastic we unexpectedly needed to book in earlier and they were so accommodating and helpful. Gina the housekeeper was so helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay.

The welcome. The ethos.. everything about it.

Breakfast was exactly as promised, very good quality and choice. If I had to find something, a little fruit would have been nice. Also we are of the older generation and had no idea how to work the nespresso machine!! But there was good choice of coffee nonetheless.
