Good location

On arrival the bedroom window was broken so we were unable to open that window. The curtains in the lounge were off the hook and we couldn't close them at night. Closing the fridge door was difficult and the fridge freezer needs defrosting.

It’s clean, very close to Royal Liverpool golf course, sea, supermarket, station and many restaurants around.

Good location near to train station, it was handy for us to visit family nearby.

When we arrived the balcony was covered in seagull poo, feathers, mud, the remains of a nest in the gutter and cigarette ends. I had to clean it myself as we had small children with us. It was really disgusting and smelly and we needed to open the balcony door to cool the flat down. I let the company know who agreed it was appalling but nothing was done during our stay to remedy it. I was a bit shocked given the cost this was not dealt with more fully. Construction work was taking place around the building during our stay which was noisy from the early hours and left us with a punctured tyre on the car unfortunately due to materials lying around the parking area - not the fault of the apartment owners but there is clearly a lot of building work going on around the flats. On more minor but hopefully constructive feedback; in the kitchen there were only 3 chairs for dining despite the apartment being for 4 people. More kitchen utensils and dishes would be useful, as would hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels.
