The location is ideal for rail links and hoylake promenade. The coastal walk is also nearby.

Location was excellent…. Apartment Very comfortable quiet and clean!
Loved bathroom and shower
Bed in second bedroom …. Very difficult to access bedside cabinet and lamp. Bed is slightly too big for the space available.
Bedside lamp in second bedroom was faulty and needs fixed or replaced.

I booked for 4 nights and stayed in the one bedroom penthouse apartment.
The location is excellent, very close walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs. A huge bonus is being only yards away from the station where trains regularly go to Liverpool and the rest of the Wirral.
There was no traffic noise or intrusive noise from the trains.
The apartment was very clean, spacious, everything you need and it had a cosy homely feel too. Plug sockets by the bed, plenty of fluffy towels, comfy bed and very easy to control heating.
Parking is available close by.
Access to the property is straightforward and it is very easy to find if you are not familiar with the area.
The area is very safe and I had no issues walking to the local shops during the evening.
If you are staying in the penthouse, be aware that there are quite a lot of stairs, so consider this if you are elderly or will have a lot of heavy luggage.
Communication from the host was swift and responsive.
I would highly recommend the property and would have no hesitation to book again when I next visit the area.

We stayed for almost two weeks. No service during that period. Even a small floor sweeper would have been useful.

It was in an excellent location with easy access to parking. It was very clean and modern.
We were frustrated about a few things. First of all, there is no dining area, even though it claims there is, there’s just one chair at the dressing table. This meant that one of us had to sit on the bed to eat.
Secondly, the basin in the shower room is tiny and the water pressure in the shower is poor. There are no hooks to hang your wet towels, which meant we had to hang them over the door and the chair.
In summary, the apartment could be made to be comfortable and suitable for a couple by resolving the issues I have mentioned. For example, there is space for a table and two chairs; hooks could be fitted on the bathroom door and the wardrobe door; a larger sink could be fitted in the shower room and water pressure could be improved. The apartment could be a comfortable and pleasant place to stay but, as it was, we found it very frustrating.

Stayed in Flat 1- the studio.
Small but excellent. Very clean. Basically one room with small en-suite with shower. Also one small cupboard which can be used as wardrobe, storage or changing room.
Excellent facility of kitchen within the room enabled preparing and cooking on food instead of the cost of eating out.
However, if wanted, excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs are within a 1 -5 minutes walk. Merseyrail station within 2 minute walk. Free road parking.
Beach about 5 -8 minutes walk.

Keys weren’t in lockbox - discovered them an hour later under the mat
Apartment hadn’t been cleaned after last visitors - didn’t have any bedding or towels first night
Electricity wasn’t topped up - ran our and no electric for a few hours

I think the property would benefit from have a vacuum cleaner. Especially if people are staying for a week. I had to use my sisters close by in order to keep the property clean.

Comfortabel goed ingericht appartement op een mooie lokatie met veel leuke restaurants in de buurt en op loopafstand van het station. Je bent binnen een halfuur in Liverpool centrum
We verbleven in appartement 2 voor een week
Gratis parkeergelegenheid op loopafstand van het appartement
Bad was verstopt waardoor het water heel langzaam wegliep
Matrassen waren erg zacht
Geen reactie ontvangen van eigenaar/bedrijf bij vragen gedurende verblijf wat jammer was maar niet zo erg dat ons verblijf verstoorde
