Lovely place, quiet and private.

Second stay, loved the accommodation. It’s private and quiet, separate from the main house. We both liked the size of the accommodation, it’s just a comfortable size, not too big not too small, and got everything you could possibly needed. Like the windows with privacy sticker, so can keep the blinds open during the day and have the room nice and bright. I like the cupboard providing basic seasoning, and tea bag and sugar almost able to make a cup of tea. Heating was easy to control I’m glad I don’t have to fiddle about trying not to freeze to death like some other places we stayed.

water did go below body temperature and Luke warm in the middle of the shower during both nights. It’d be great if there’s complimentary milk to make the tea. The mirrors at the gate could be bit bigger, as it’s quite difficult to see during the night/rainy condition to get out safely.

The whole experience of the stay from start to finish was a pleasure. The property was completely private & quiet. The hosts were very nice people & were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Would definitely come back!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable, and warm even in midwinter, beds very comfortable, nice big towels (unlike sometimes in rented accommodation!), the shower was hot with plentiful water! Very convenient location if you want to go into Liverpool, bus-stop very close and buses frequent and fast. It's maybe a bit small for 3, but we knew that in advance. Would be perfect for two. Although it's small the space is used optimally. The small private garden would be great for breakfast in spring!

Superb accommodation on the Wirral Penninsula

Perfectly placed for visiting all the coastline that the Wirral offers as well as good links to Liverpool. The accommodation was superb and everything had been well thought through. The security was spot on.

Perfection!

Everything! It’s private, comfortable & the attention to detail was second to none. Everything I could possibly need was provided & it was immaculately clean. The bed was so big & comfortable, the best sleep I had on my trip. I didn’t realise the garden on the pictures belonged to the coach house & it was a truly pleasant surprise. The area surrounding the property is beautiful, green and quiet. Upton itself has everything you need & is an easy walk from the property. Even on a very hot day, the coach house was beautifully cool inside. A real sanctuary and provided a lovely restful stay.

The property was immaculate, clean, fresh, and uncluttered. It was private and secure. Very nice touch with fresh milk and bread with butter. Chris was a lovely man, nice and polite and took time to speak.

The perfect place for a getaway.

Everything was fantastic. Small cozy house with a bed, kitchen and two bathrooms. We had everything we needed. And the hosts were lovely and welcoming.

Nice little getaway for 2 nights

Loved how private it was, very little noise from the road. Everything was to a high standard and very clean. Everything I needed and the most comfortable bed I've stayed in! The shower was powerful and plenty of room, again very clean and to a high standard. Communication with Carmel was great and instructions on how to get there and into the property were very clear, I'll definitely be back!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, I was very happy with my stay!
