The radiators in the hall and one bedroom wouldn’t work . I messaged the contact but didn’t get any help. There were no instructions to the radiators . This was disappointing.

When we reported a heater not working it was immediately replaced.
The fridge had an odd smell.

The flat was spacious, the beds comfortable and after a mix up the host and cleaner were great. It's really handy for Aldi, a lovely walk to the park and great for transport links to the rest of Wirral and Liverpool.
The flat had a very limited supply of crockery. There was no floor brush or means of cleaning the floor. No tea towels. Small things really. The outdoor bin was also overflowing.
