Perfect for our needs

This is a charming spacious very comfortable apartment. I had booked it for myself and brother visiting from Canada, it allowed for a base for him and our siblings to be together. The beach is few minutes away.

Nothing that didn't like, but I would have liked a hair dryer. The shower temperature was very hot, we couldn't turn it down, maybe a knack to do it.

Spacious flat and great location

Great location. Very close walk to the sea lake with views across to Wales. The local shops and cafes were a 5-10 minute walk up the road. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and crockery. Beds comfy and warm. Very spacious flat. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Getting the key from a lock box was very handy and easy.

The sofas in the sitting room were not the most comfy.

Lovely short break.

Location excellent. Very spacious flat. Owner provided all essentials. Lovely kitchen. Parking provided.

Could do with new sofas. No freezer compartment in fridge. Be nice to see a few interesting pictures on the walls.

A great location with lovely hosts.

Breakfast was not included as this is a self catering property. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of equipment, a home from home.

The only problem was the shower which Ken tried to rectify for us. Unfortunately, the repair needed a plumber which was not possible during our stay.

We would book the accommodation again if three single individuals could stay

Excellent location for our trip to West Kirby

When booking our overnight stay this accommodation was chosen because of description of the property which states the apartment sleeps three people i.e. two double beds in first bedroom & one double bed plus a single bed in the second bedroom but we did not find this to be accurate - therefore one of our party of three single individuals was unable to stay overnight due to the lack of beds which was disappointing

Satisfactory for two singles, but furniture needs an upgrade.

Good location, spacious hall, sitting and bedrooms. Newly decorated and floor coverings good.

Property not as described. Described as disabled access but there are 3 steep steps to front door and bathroom is not suitable. Luckily we werent disabled so not a problem for us. However, also inacurate description of beds - said to have 2 rooms each with a dbl bed. One room only had a single. Fortunately we managed. Sofas in living room were both awful - saggy, old, damaged, and grubby. I didn't want to sit on them. Not what was expected.
