Location is great, literally 5 mins from the train station and a few mins to the shops.

from initial purchase Julia, got in touch to explain there was building work going on and i could have a full refund if i wanted to. the place is immaculate and comfortable withe everything you could need. The location is literally in the middle of Hoylake parking it immediately outside. We travel a lot and stay all over the country, Julia's place is right at the top of our list. Fantastic
