Enjoyed our night in the house while visiting family, would have happily stayed longer.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Free to use bean to cup coffee machine and complimentary juice a very nice touch.

The shower pressure was a little low.

Apart from the shower we couldn’t fault the property

Comfortable, cosy and warm property

The shower temperature was inconsistent ranged from freezing cold to warm to scalding hot. This was hard work to wash my long hair !

Great little place for a short break

Very well presented and well furnished - had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay including complimentary tea / coffee and some other basics. Good communication from the host. Central location handy for shops and restaurants, and short walk from the beach.

Really enjoyable. Couldn't believe how clean the surrounding area is compared to my home town.

It is a very compact property, with every available space used usefully. The accessories provided even included a USB3 charging cable which is a first for me.

I hate metal beds, Not that they are uncomfortable, it is just guaranteed I will stub my toe or knock my leg on the corners.

Teeny tiny house - very comfortable

Ideally located little house, all mod cons and absolutely spick and span. Easy access and very good comms with the owner. Everything provided for your comfort and convenience - plenty of towels, good size mugs, quality coffee machine. In a great spot between beach and market st. Would not hesitate to recommend and would book again.

Nothing! But we did have our own Yorkshire tea bags 😁 Bedrooms are a bit tight for space but it wasn't a problem

Wonderful, super comfortable house with everything provided!

It is such a lovely house with everything in perfect condition. The beds are so comfortable and the location is perfect for us. The host was really accommodating and the place was spotless. The tea and coffee being here is a really nice touch and we will 100% be booking again. Thank you so much to Phil the host.

Wouldn’t change a thing, it suited our needs perfectly at a reasonable price.

It was very clean and thoughtfully fitted out, including the kitchen. My Grandson and I were visiting family and friends around the Wirral, with side trips to Liverpool and Chester. It was ideal self catering accommodation for us .

On street parking is always busy and therefore a bit of a crap shoot - however in our 8 day stay there were no days when we didn’t find a parking spot somewhere reasonably close by.

Lovely place to stay in Hoylake.

Everything was in the house that you could possibly need. Perfect for a few days stay. Location was great as it was central but not too noisy. Ideal for when I'm visiting family in Hoylake. Would definitely stay again.
