Bardzo duży apartament, na kilka osób, przestrzennie, chyba wszystko co powinno być w domu to było zmywarka, pomieszczenie tzw pralnia: pralka, suszarka bębnowa, deska do prasowania z żelazkiem. piekarnik, mikrofala, ekspres do kawy, telewizor. Dostępne też były płynu do prania, a nawet kawa w ziarnach do
Ekspresu. W każdej łazience żele do kąpieli, szampony do włosów i inne drobne kosmetyki. Na zewnątrz miejsce dostępne do parkowania.
Nie było tylko odkurzacza, ale możliwe że w schowku do sprzątania, w jednej łazience nie było mydła, nie uzupełniony dozownik ale dało się przeżyć.

Wohnung war hell, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Viel Platz für 5 Personen. Gute Kaffeemaschine! Lage zentral (Nähe Edelsteinmuseum und Fußgängerzone Idar), trotzdem ruhig.
Ist nicht negativ zu sehen, ist uns nur aufgefallen:
- Genug Essteller sind vorhanden, aber keine "normalen" Frühstücksteller.
- Die Bettdecken (je 1 große für 2 Personen) mochten nicht alle.

Sehr schöne, große und vor allem saubere Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben.
Sehr netter Vermieter und man konnte ihn immer gut erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Auch an Kleinigkeiten ist gedacht. z.B. Hausschuhe, Regenschirm, Kaffee, usw. Der Vermieter reagiert prompt auf Wünsche und gibt gern Informationen.
Was fehlt, ist ein bisschen "Gemütlichkeit". Die Beleuchtung ist zu grell, Vorhänge an den Fenstern sind nicht vorhanden, auch wäre eine Nachtischlampe nicht verkehrt.
Ein paar Bilder oder Fotos an den Wänden würden das Ganze sehr aufwerten
