A comfortable, clean, and fully equipped apartment with a terrace and garden views in a quiet village. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. Excellent wine from the property's own vineyard (with a self-service wine shop in the basement). The owners are very friendly.

Escapada merecida de zonas de calor con temperaturas superior a 30 grados.

Como se trata de un conjunto urbano muy reducido, pocos habitantes, poca restauración, la tranquilidad es enorme, hay muchas opciones para pasear, estar en la naturaleza. Hay que planificar un poco mas los temas de cubrir necesidades alimentarias ya que localmente no hay suministro, excepto de vino por las muchas bodegas que hay. hay parada para coger el barco de excursion que va por el Mosel

Lo que no nos gustó no afecta a la familia Goeres y sus instalaciones sino a la organizacion turistica de la zona: a) hay a lo largo de la orilla del Mosel caminos acondicionados para poder pasear, footing etc y/o para ir en bicicleta, en grupo o solo - pues como peatones que eramos y con mascota el pasear a pie resultó ser una tortura: los ciclistas que van en grupos desde 2 a muchos más no avisan con timbre de su acercamiento, como casi todos van con bici electrica sus velocidades van bastante mas alla de 15km/h por lo que los paseos resultan ser incomodos y con tinte de acoso permanente - los ayuntamientos de la zona deberian separar caminos para peatones de los ciclistas. b) la orilla del Mosel entre Koblenz y Trier esta infectada de Mobil-Homes, no sé lo que pagan por cada día de permanencia, pero deduzco que el valor añadido de esta gente para la zona es minimo: comprar en Supers, algunas botellas de vino y excursiones en bici que ya mencioné en el punto a), contaminan y ensucian bastante los entornos y creo que deberian pagar por noche importes similares a los que alquilamos apartamentos o pernoctamos en Hoteles de categoria hasta 3 estrellas.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir haben die Ruhe als sehr angenehm empfunden.

Wir (+Hund) hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Landgut Goeres mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, sauberes, sehr funktionales und schönes Appartment in guter Lage für Ausflüge in der Moselregion. Uns hat auch sehr gut gefallen, dass wir das Zimmer mit Gartenmitbenutzung bekommen haben und unser Hund im umzäunten Garten frei herum rennen durfte. Familie Goeres ist zudem sehr hilfsbereit und hat ein tolles Wein- und Sektangebot, dass man direkt vom Landgut-Keller weg kaufen kann. Vielen Dank nochmal für eine schöne Zeit in der Moselregion.

Fajna, spokojne miejscówka na rowerowe wypady nad Mozelę

Bardzo ładny, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Czyściutko. Z okien widok na winnice. Bardzo, bardzo spokojna okolica. Możliwość przechowania rowerów w garażu. Bardzo łatwy i dobry kontakt z gospodarzami. Mają duże zaufanie do gości i dzięki temu można się poczuć naprawdę oczekiwanym. Pomocni we wszystkim. Zostawiłam bardzo wartościową rzecz i natychmiast została mi odesłana, zanim sama zorientowałam się, że ją zostawiłam! Gospodarze mają winnice więc można nabyć lokalne wino. Może to drobiazg, ale mnie się bardzo podobało, że ręczniki były w dwóch kolorach, łatwo pamiętać do kogo który należy (zawsze tak chciałabym mieć)

Zakupy lepiej zrobić przed dotarciem na miejsce, bowiem sklep jest w innej miejscowości. Dla nas to nie był problem, mała wycieczka rowerami, ale dobrze wiedzieć. Może w sezonie jest inaczej. Uwaga, pensjonat jest na lekkim wzniesieniu - zatem powrót "do domu" pod górkę ;-)

Sehr gelungen Kurzurlaub ,schönes Wetter.

Sehr gute Lage ,direkt an der Mosel. Wohnung groß und gut ausgestattet. Viele Fahrradwege in der nähe. Für Weinliebhaber ,kann man direkt Wein probieren und kaufen. Fahrräder kann man in der Garage abstellen.

Alles bestens ausgestattet, tip top sauber, sehr nette Vermieterin. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Mosel. Ruhige Gegend. Alles gut, gerne wieder 😊

Die Matratzen waren mir persönlich zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache und kein Mangel an sich. Der W Lan Empfang war ziemlich mies, da ich aber fast immer draußen unterwegs war, kein Drama 😉

Een heerlijk rustig verblijf in een interessante omgeving

Het huis is mooi, schoon en stil en ligt in een rustig dorpje met voldoende bezienswaardigheden binnen redelijke afstand. Het ruikt een beetje naar petroleum bij binnenkomst, maar in de kamer hadden we daar geen last van. De ontvangst was vriendelijk en we mochten kiezen tussen 2 appartementen, omdat iemand had geannuleerd. We kozen voor appartement 'Schelm' met een aparte slaapkamer en 2 badkamers met toilet en dat kan ik iedereen aanraden.

Een waterkoker of fluitketel zou wel fijn zijn geweest, maar met een pannetje lukte het ook wel.
