Friendly and nice hosts. Good location near restaurants and river. Everything required to stay was available and family friendly. Great neighborhood .
There is a narrow and steep staircase to get to the bedroom. Impossible to carry a bag like a luggage to the bed rooms.

Ein top Urlaub in einem top Haus.
Das Haus Alfina liegt in Alf an der Mosel in einer top Lage. Die Vermieterin Iveta ist eine unglaublich liebe und hilfsbereite Frau, die immer für uns ja da war. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man braucht, sehr gut ausgestattet.

Villa mit Schimmel Befall
Gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Mosel.
Wir waren massiv enttäuscht von der Villa Alf. Es war eiskalt in den unteren Räumen, zb das Wohnzimmer war unerträglich kalt. Unser Schlafzimmer ganz oben hat in der oberen linken Ecke ,so wie im Bad ums ganze Fenster ,Schimmel Befall. Der ausgewiesene Parkplatz vor der Tür,den gibt es nicht ! Die Vermieterin hat von dem Schimmel Befall gewusst und nicht reagiert, ihr war nur wichtig wann wir Abreisen ,welche Uhrzeit, sie die Reinigungskraft schicken soll ( rief dafür ca 6 mal an in zwei Tagen Aufenthalt) Die Betten waren so weich ,das wir nicht schlafen konnten. Die Vermieterin meinte es läge evtl am Lattenrost .Wir konnten nichts feststellen, ausser Rückenschmerzen ! Für den Hund sollten wir noch einmal 25 Euro Extra Reinigungskosten zahlen. Die ganze sogenannte Villa, war viel zu überteuert und auch das Angebot der Vermieterin noch einmal wieder zu kommen, lehnten wir ab. Es war für uns unglaublich Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Leider gab es keine Rückerstattung auf unsere Beschwerde. Wir haben für zwei Tage fast 400 Euro gezahlt und haben einen anderen Zustand der Villa erwartet. Wir sind einfach nur enttäuscht und haben uns den Aufenthalt schöner vorgestellt.
