A nice location, but an uncomfortable stay that wasn't worth the money.

The property was in a lovely location, right by the river. The host was responsive.

The weather was 32 degrees C during our stay. The house was extremely hot. Opening windows didn't help. The host said he would provide fans, but none arrived. The description on the site said a washing machine was available. We packed accordingly only to find there was no washing machine at the property. The host did say he would update the site information. The Wifi cut out regularly requiring us to reset the modem once every few hours. The house was small for 6 with limited kitchen space and dining areas. There were slightly confusing rules about where to eat and where we couldn't eat. It felt like a house for 4 that had been adapted into a space that the host hoped would fit more people. For the price the property wasn't great. We made the best of an uncomfortable stay.

My phone signal was very patchy, but my son (who is with a different provider) had a good signal throughout.

Insgesamt gute Unterkunft für ein Paar Tage, wenig Privatsphäre.

Das Haus liegt zwischen einigen Weinkellern/Gasthäusern und direkt am Fluss. Die Terrasse hat zwar keinen direkten Zugang zum Wasser, die Aussicht ist aber schön. Leider liegt die Terrasse auch direkt an der Hauptstraße durch Zell, ist gerade in den Mittagsstunden etwas ungemütlich. Der Ortskern, die Weinberge, diverse Restaurants und Wanderrouten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Auf der Terrasse ist lediglich am Esstisch gestattet Speisen zu sich zu nehmen und vorzubereiten, was dem Gast über etwa 15 entsprechende Schilder, Broschüren und Hinweiszettel mitgeteilt wird. Zusätzlich kam die Eigentümerin uns noch einmal besuchen um uns dies recht freundlich aber dennoch bestimmt mitzuteilen. Um Himmels willen, beruhigen sie sich. Wir haben mit 8 Bewohnern und zwei Gästen lediglich einen Schlüssel erhalten, haben uns aber arrangiert, statt einen weiteren einzufordern. Für andere Gäste wären mindestens 2-3 Schlüssel bei der Anzahl von Schlafplätzen angemessen. Es gibt nur eine kleine Küche und nur ein Badezimmer, hat aber zu 8 funktioniert, wenn man keinen zu großen Wert auf Privatsphäre legt. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist zum Esszimmer/Eingangsbereich offen, lediglich eine nicht Zugdichte Glastür und ein Vorhang separieren den Raum ein wenig vom Flur. Eins der Schlafzimmer (Schlafsofa / kleine Lese-Ecke) ist ein Durchgangszimmer in das einzige separierte Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.

Если с детьми, то нужно быть аккуратнее на лестнице, так как она узкая и ступени довольно скользкие.
