We had a good stay at this apartment to enjoy our holiday at Cochem

The location is a balance of buy and quiet area of the town. It is around 10 minutes walk to the market square and the bridge. But there are a lot of shops and restaurant along the way. There is bus stop close to the apartment for the way going back to the train station. The apartment has a perfect view of the river and opposite shore. The apartment is so clean and the furnitures are modern and new. The kitchen ware are well equipped, and good for preparing your meal. The bed is comfortable, and toilet is clean and bright. All facilities are in good condition. We can really enjoy our holiday in this apartment.

The apartment cannot be reached by bus if you reach this town by train. It is a 20-minute (more) walk from train station. The bus from train station only stops at the market square. There is still another 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the apartment.

Pleasant

We had the Rose and the Tulip apartments, the spaces were nearly identical and had ample room. Both had a full size bed and a sofa bed. The location was right in the middle of the heart of Cochem.

I had the misfortune of arriving during a torrential downpour and I trusted my GPS to take me to the address listed but it took me to the alley in the back of the apartment building. Entry is via lock boxes with a code you'll receive before arrival and thinking I was in the right location, I searched for the lockboxes that weren't there. Luckily, there was a number listed to contact and some kind neighbors who saw me drenched and I was able to reach someone and realize I needed to go around to the front of the building. Please learn from my error and check your map properly because entering through the back alley is absolute insanity with a large vehicle; the streets are ridiculously narrow and nerve wracking to traverse with any vehicle but particularly a larger one. After getting entirely soaked with this mishap, we went to the front and basically stopped traffic while unloading the luggage on this two way street where the front door is located. Finding the parking was terrible as well, the instructions originally given were latitude and longitude coordinates with a name "upper way 12" neither of which were searchable with the car's GPS system. Eventually, I was provided with Oberer Weg 10-12 and found my way there; it's 400 meters from the apartment and you need to pay in advance via international wire transfer. The price is reasonable but never received a confirmation from them of receipt, even though I asked. The Rose apartment has a flooding issue in the shower and previous people have complained about the water running freezing every few seconds. The linens are left out for you to put on yourselves and everything seems to be hit or miss. Our Rose apartment had plenty of towels (which came in handy for the leak) but the Tulip didn't have enough for the two in our group who occupied; they used some they traveled with since some places never offer towels.

Exactly what we needed for our holidays, kinds enjoyed the stay and everything was clean and comfortable.

My only bad review would be that bedsheets for the sofa bed were a bit old and not enough, but the rest was very good.

Awesome location, bigger rooms & Comfortable stay for family traveling.

The location is really the biggest highlight. the room size & furniture is also very good. Bed & bed sofa were really comfortable. Kitchen stuff were up to the mark. Cleanliness is excellent and having stuffs to clean ourselves is an on top when you live in apartment.

Well, it's not possible that we are 100% happy. In the apartment Rose, the shower 🚿 was really different to adjust the right water temperature. In Tulip it was absolutely fine. In booking.com, a microwave was mentioned to be available in all 3 rooms but in neither room we found one. When people are staying for a longer time, trash bins go full but we didn't find a place where we can dispose them by ourselves.

Cozy little Apartment

It was a very cozy place. Also very clean and the view over the Mosel was great. Also had a little kitchen with all the essentials.

Cozy studio apartment on the river

Great studio apartment. We were surprised how much could fit in with the bed that folds into the wall. The kitchen was well equipped with all the accessories needed to cook your own meals. Key pickup was super easy with the lockbox at the door , didn't have to wait for key pickups etc. Location is perfect with a view of the river from the room and the castle can be reached with a small path right behind the apartment block. The centre of cochem is also 5 mins down the road. Apartment was clean, bathroom was also without any complaints. In Mohn: Just note that it is easy to miss from the photos that the tv/lounge area and the bedroom is the same space (bed folds into the wall)

There were no parking near the apartment and you can not stop in front to drop off things as it's right on the main road. About 300m is a paid parking area (free at night) , without ability to buy day tickets (so topping up was a problem) . We ended up moving to a free parking area about 1km away. The road can be noisy from cars, it is the main road along the Mozel river, so that is expected. It gets quiet at night from 10-11pm though.

Jammern auf hohen Niveau: Krönung wäre eine normale Kaffeemaschine, um mehr Kaffee auf einmal fertig zu haben bei 4 Personen und eine Mikrowelle

Prima, compleet en schoon appartement op een zeer mooie locatie. Alles op korte loopafstand.

Wanneer je het gebouw binnenkomt weet je niet wat je moet verwachten. Maar wanneer je de deur van het appartement open doet en ziet hoe alles eruit ziet en hoe mooi en compleet het is worden je verwachtingen overtroffen. Zeer mooi uitzicht en alles is op zeer korte loopafstand bereikbaar. Een gereserveerde parkeerplaats (tegen betaling) is beschikbaar en is een aanrader. Is 5 minuten lopen van het appartement maar is aan te raden gezien de drukte in het hoogseizoen. Wij hebben een fantastische ervaring en verblijf gehad in de Moselrose. Is echt een aanrader.

Het is even een dingetje om je bagage de trappen op te dragen. Parkeren voor de deur is mogelijk om in- en uit te laden maar is ook een zeer drukke weg. Hier ligt een puntje ter verbetering mits daar de mogelijkheden voor zijn.

het appartement voldeed aan onze wensen. Ligging ten opzichte van centrum Cochem. Uitzicht vanuit kamer.

Het traplopen, en de hoogte verschillen in Cochem. Met wee kunstheupen en twee kunstknieën is dat overigens wel begrijpelijk. Heb me als 88-jarige overschat. Ondanks die die beperkingen heebne we van onze verblijf genoten.

Otopark çok ciddi bir sorun. Cochemda sürekli yaşamıyorsanız arabanızı park edecek yer yok. Ev geldiğimizde çok soğuktu. Isıtmanın en azından girişten 1 saat önce açılması gerekiyordu. Nevresimleri takmadan bırakmışlar. Uzun bir yolculuktan sonra çarşafları hazırlamak iyi olmadı. Yastıklar çok ama çok kötüydü.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Ausreichend für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, für 4 Erwachsene eher etwas klein. Sehr schönes großes Badezimmer, vor allem sauber! Ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Viele Fenster, dadurch schön hell.
