Great little flat in historic village, close to lovely walking trails through the vines.

Despite the small size of the apartment, everything was provided to make it a good stay. Warm to come back to after a day's walking and a lively bar just at the corner of the street. Good communication with the host. Loads of walking trails all around.

If travelling on foot, the shops were a little sparse in the village and a short walk to supermarket (just out of town), but not a great problem. Maybe good to say that the bedroom is on a mezzanine - for people with poor mobility - but no problem for us.

Underbar lägenhet med kanonläge.

Lägenheten var supermysig med takbjälkar. All nödvändig utrustning finns och det var väldigt välstädat. Lägenheten är nyrenoverad och läget är det absolut bästa som går att få i Cochem. Ägaren är väldigt snabb på att svara och mycket hjälpsam. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Super petit appartement cosy !

Tout était parfait!!! . L appartement est très cosy joliment décoré et bien équipé. Il est au cœur de la ville. Le contact avec Alexander est très facile. Il répond très rapidement aux questions posées et nous a donné des bons plans pour que le séjour soit bien. Vraiment à recommander.

Rien.. juste un peu sportif de remonter avec les vélos jusqu'à la maison 😊

De locatie was werkelijk perfect gelegen. Accommodatie was schoon, hygiënisch en van alle gemakken voorzien

In principe niets op te merken. Het bed (matras) in appartement 1 kan enigszins verbeterd worden

Mysigt boende i fina Cochem!

Centralt, rent och fräscht! Väldigt fint inrett och i det lilla köket finns allt man behöver för enklare matlagning. Lätt att checka in och få nycklar. Trots det centrala läget stördes vi inte av ljud från gatan. En god flaska lokalt vin väntade i kylen, mycket uppskattat!

Das Appartement befindet sich mitten in der bezaubernden Altstadt von Cochem. Die sehenswerte Reichsburg ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Mosel mit der Anlegestelle für Ausflugsfahrten ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem historischen Fachwerkhaus, das vom Vermieter liebevoll restauriert wurde und mit der gelungenen Mischung aus alter Substanz und modernem Ambiente ein urgemütliches Flair versprüht. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in Cochem! Der Kontakt zu Herrn Zipper war außerordentlich angenehm! Vielen Dank für die wertvollen Tipps! Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder!

gelungen und erholsam....

Das Haus ist kernsaniert ,alles war sehr neu und sauber .Der Aufenthalt war unkompliziert und hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist einfach mega zentral ,aber trotzdem Ruhig gelegen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und unseren Erwartungen übertroffen.

Wir haben keine Verbesserungsvorschläge zu machen .

Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist in einem Haus mit zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen des Vermieters. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich, er hatte super Tipps und zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ein paar Meter weiter ist eine kleine Kneipe, die jeden Tag bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet hat und laut Musik spielt. Uns hat das jetzt weniger gestört, da man mit geschlossenen Fenster kaum was hört davon. Das Haus im Allgemeinen ist sehr hellhörig. Sollte man beides einfach vor dem Aufenthalt bedenken.

Super süße Wohnung!

Die Wohnung war klein & fein, es hat an nichts gefehlt! :) Tolle Ausstattung, top Lage in Cochem! Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr, sehr nett! Es war ein rundum gelunger Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder! :)

Knus en gezellig. Alles wat wij nodig hadden.

Wij hadden beschikbaarheid over een kleine keuken waar wij goed gebruik van hebben gemaakt.

Op sommige plekken was er beperkte ruimte om goed te kunnen staan dus regelmatig ons hoofd gestoten.

Heerlijk verblijf in het centrum van Cochem

Alles was nieuw en prachtig gemaakt. Daarnaast ligt het appartement midden in de oude stadskern.

Het ligt boven een feest kroeg waar je last van zou kunnen hebben. Persoonlijk vond ik het geluid niet storend en heb ik heerlijk geslapen
