Excellent apartment to spend Christmas holidays with family. Enjoyed every bit. Host was amazing

Location: fantastic location. You could get a great view from the balcony and walking distance to the centre Nearby Supermarket Penny - is very close to the apartment- approx 7 min walking distance Transport is very close - the bus stop are nearby Parking - is available and is in front of the house. Host was very helpful and friendly. Apartment was spot clean and enjoyed every day of our stay with family.

We had a lovely stay at Ferienhaus Am Reilsbach. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need. It was super clean and comfortable. 👌

Everything was really awesome, the only thing was that the TV channels was all in German so we could not really watch TV but it did not influence our stay negatively at all.

Clean and well-organized accommodation

The location and cleanliness of the accommodation were excellent. I could really feel that the host takes great care of the house with love and attention. It’s an accommodation with a view of Cochem Castle.

If we had visited in the summer, it would have been even better if there were insect screens on the windows.

If we had visited in the summer, it would have been even better if there were insect screens on the windows. We were informed that the key would be in a lockbox, but when we arrived, it was not there. However, we were able to contact the host without any difficulty, and he quickly came and personally handed us the key. This was a minor mistake, and it did not affect our overall experience at all.

It was clean, tidy and exactly like the pictures

The shower wasn't great. It took a few minutes for the water to get warm and sometimes the water would suddenly become very hot or very cold.

Exceeding All Expectations

There are so many things to say but I will say only one. You might find many clean and comfortable places but a host as in this one is rare. Do not worry about any misfortunate and unexpected events on your holiday as the host will stay by your side. I do strongly recommend this place.

The description of the apt and view was as described and it’s perfect for our small family. Everything you need in a place and very comfortable stay for us. The host was very accommodating, the sweetest. We will definitely rebook if we come back to the area.

Good quality fixtures and fittings. Bedroom was a good size, creating a comfortable environment for sleeping.

The walk to and from Cochem (especially coming back to the apartment, I.e. the steep hill followed by the steps.

Amazing service, great hosts! Perfect location 15 minutes walk from the city center. Fabulous view from the balcony. Charge for the pets is only 25 Euro (for the whole stay) + free parking. Very helpful and nice staff!

Excellent view of Cochem from the balcony! All necessities within walking distance. Everything was well supplied, comfortable and clean in the apartment.

There is a lot of noise from other apartments, even just normal conversation. Thankfully the guests were very respectful and quiet at the time of our stay.

Nice, comfortable stay.

The property is in a nice quiet location with view of Cochem castle from the room and balconies. Very near to a superstore, city center and shops are within walking distance. The owners and support stuff are very responsive. Highly recommended to stay with family or friends.
