Nice but bedding arrangements BAD and no wifi bad!

We asked for twin beds as we are mother and son. But we only had a king size bed. My son had to sleep on the sofa! Also no wifi code given.

clean and cozy

Good clean house. Grocery store is near by. About 9-10 km by car or 4-5 km walk from Cochem downtown. A little distant if u don’t have a car. This place has free dedicated car parking. A cozy bedroom and a living room with small dining table and kitchen. Pretty good for a small family.

Good place but so much to improve

Location is great, parking and wifi available. There is a lidl supermarket close by as well as a bakery across the highway.

Pillows were awfully uncomfortable, bed linen should be changed they are super old. No proper curtains and towels are horribly old. They should let know the guests to bring their own. There were not enough utensils for the kitchen. The space is big and has so much potential to improve and provide better accommodation to families. However if you do not speak German then you will be in trouble. Location is great.

Clean but warm place

Place was very clean and the hosts are very friendly.

Bedroom was large, the rest very small shower and toilet too small for my 6”4. As the place was direct under the roof the place got very hot and limited resources to cool it down. this place needs an airconditioner in the summer.

Exceptional - Clean - Quiet - Friendly.

Our stay at Pension Am Weissen Stein was exceptional from start to end. Both Mr. and Mrs. Hennen are incredibly friendly and caring people. When we arrived in Colmar and stepped out of the train, Mrs. Hennen was waiting for us on the platform and brought us by car to the Pension. She made a de-tour on the way and stopped at a very nice viewpoint high up the hills to show us Colmar Castle. She gave us all the time to take pictures and to enjoy the view. Upon arrival at the pension Mr. and Mrs. Hennen upgraded our room without extra charges so that our daughter had her own bed- and bathroom. We then received a ton of information about the area and things to do together with the FREE public transportation passes (train and bus) that we could use throughout our stay. We used those passes extensively and day-tripped to all the major sights in comfort (for free) by local bus and train. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and were equipped with everything we needed during our stay, WiFi worked fast and good. The beds were comfy. We were self-catering and bought our groceries at the nearby supermarkets and bakery (all within walking distance from the Pension). Throughout our stay in the Pension, Mrs. and Mr. Hennen gave us tips about where to go and what to do and also updates on local holidays, closing time of shops, bus- and train schedule changes etc. We had a GREAT stay at Pension Am Weissen Stein and in the Mosel Valley.

Everything was PERFECT.

- Zum Teil Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. - geräumige Wohnungen - voll ausgestattete Küche ( auch, wenn diese nicht benötigt wurde) - Bushaltestelle direkt an der Hauptstraße (ca. 2 min Fußweg) - Hausbesitzerin sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar - bereits vorhandene Restaurantempfehlungen in der Wohnung und Tipps zum Aufenthalt

Mooi ruim goed verzorgd appartement.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, schoon ruim, goed verzorgd appartement met alle benodigdheden! Fijn bed met heerlijke dekbedden. Dicht bij het centrum van Cochem. We kregen goede tips voor restaurants en een heerlijk bakkertje dichtbij !

Ontbijt was erg mager, weinig/geen keuze. Yoghurt was over datum, flink over datum ook. Slechte gordijnen in de kamer, kwam teveel licht door om de kamer donker te kunnen maken.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Ferienwohnung war war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Eine Bushaltestelle und eine Bäckerei waren in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Gästehaus können wir empfehlen.

Gibt nichts zu meckern.

干净整齐，房东人很热情周到，会提供很多有用的信息，在家门口免费停车很不错。地理位置如果开车的话很不错，门口有油站，lidl超市在1公里左右，大约1.5km有一个观景台，很漂亮，能鸟瞰整个城堡。

Prima voor een bezoekje aan Cochem.

Netjes en ruim, en compleet. Rustige locatie, op goede afstand van Cochem. Supermarkt in de buurt, je kunt zelf een maaltijd maken in het appartement.

De bloembakken waren niet gevuld zoals op de foto 😢

Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Cochem en omgeving. Gratis parkeren bij de accommodatie. TOP bakkerij op loopafstand. Appartement was schoon. Bedden goed.

De gastvrijheid kan beter. Bij aankomst enige tijd moeten wachten voor er gereageerd werd op aanbellen en host aan de deur verscheen. Bij vertrek binnen aangegeven tijdsbestek voor uitchecken (8-10u) werd niet gereageerd op de (deur)bel. Daarom uiteindelijk de sleutels maar achtergelaten op de deur van het appartement (zonder host nog te hebben gezien) en bericht gestuurd dat we waren vertrokken.

Schoon maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar omtrent wat minpunten!

Een fijn mooi groot bed met een goede matras en heerlijk schoon! Ruimte om het huis!

Serviesgoed te weinig, niet eens een bakje om een zoutje in te doen!De bloembakken aan de voorkant zonder bloemen, is geen leuk aanzicht en klopt niet met de foto op de site en niet zo leuk om foto's te maken! De slaapbank was een gewone bank, dus als je apart wilt slapen een probleem, klopt niet met de beschrijving! Te duur voor wat je krijgt! Was net of je in de keuken zat, niet gezellig om in de avond te zitten! Beetje jammer, zullen hier ook niet naar terug gaan!

Die Wohnung war sehr süß und dass es so Hundefreundlich ist war perfekt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Die Empfehlungsliste der Gastronomen war perfekt und die haben wir auch genutzt. Der Bäcker ist nicht weit entfernt. Alles war echt toll

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schlicht und einfach eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng-man kommt gerade am Bett vorbei, sowohl seitlich als auch vorne.

Einfach toll. Wir kommen wieder

Alles war super. Unkompliziert bei der Anreise. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Gaben uns Tipps was man besichtigen kann in der näheren Umgebung. Die Lage ist TOP. Sehr zentral. Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, wo wir uns jeden Morgen sehr leckere, frische Brötchen geholt haben.
