It was 2 bedroom apartment.

Staff was not supportive, they just handed over key and shown sportman after 2 stayers. Even not bothered to show room OR brief about anything. Seems they are busy in restaurant business and not concerned much for Rooms. There was no1 available at 10 am when I called for key handover. I left keys next to doors. In dining tables chair were very dirty, even All bed and quilt were also not clean. Seems not professional.

Clean, comfy, quiet despite being in the very center of the town. Easy to to find a parking spot nearby.

One of window blinds was broken and the light was shining straight on one of the beds from 5 a.m.

Basic but adequate.

A broken loose toilet seat, basin was cracked, kitchen tap was loose. Half of the under units kitchen lights not working, mirror light in bathroom only one side working, defective electric socket in the bedroom, stairs to the bedroom, some treads were damaged offering sharp edges and certainly not advisable for elderly people with mobility issues. No complimentary coffee for the coffee machine and no toaster. Limited kitchen utensils. No room cleaning despite staying 5 nights. Towels also unchecked or changed. Won’t be back i’m afraid

Superb

The staff we met was very kind and welcoming! :) We were glad that we could book spontaneously as our initial reservation at another place was cancelled. Everything we needed was there, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen seems well equipped. Briedel is a lovely village, we enjoyed walking along the mosel with wonderful views.

The mattress was not ideal for us, it's very soft.

Spacious and clean apartment, complete equipment in the kitchen. The staff at the restaurant downstairs was friendly and helped me with checking in. The environment was very quiet but it seems safe. Free parking 50m away from the apartment.

The WiFi became unavailable after 9pm. I reported it to the staff at the restaurant downstairs but they could not help. There were 2 TVs in the apartment, both did not work (error "no signals"). Although the apartment itself was clean, there were a lot of fruit flies inside the apartment.

Very poor sound insulation could only fall asleep when the ground floor cafe was closed. Village Briedel is very small with limited opportunities to eat.

Lage

Als Anbieter auf booking.com sollte man erreichbar sein vor allem, wenn es um eine offizielle Rechnung geht. weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail war jemand mit einer gewissen Kompetenz erreichbar. Ich wurde an drei verschiedene Handynummern weitergeleitet und konnte auch nach mehrmaligem Anrufen niemanden erreichen.

Toller Kurzurlaub in Briedel

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in Briedel verbracht-die Wohnung 5 ist riesig groß und wir 5 hatten viel Spaß.Sehr empfehlenswert 👍

Da fällt mir nichts ein,außer das unsere Wohnung unterm dem Dach war-39 Stufen-aber auch das ist zu schaffen.

Es gab zu viele Kleinigkeiten die uns gestört haben um alles auf zu zählen!

Die Lage war gut, mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen unten am Fluss und gegenüber einem gut bürgerlichem Restaurant. Die Größe der Wohnung wäre eigentlich gut gewesen.

Betten viel zu weich, Schlafcouch unbequem und in einem Raum ohne Rollläden und lichtdurchlässigen Vorhängen. Spülmaschine ohne Tabs vorhanden. Viele Dinge schlecht oder noch nicht fertig gestellt. Alle verfügbaren Rufnummern waren (weder vorab, noch vor Ort) NICHT erreichbar. So wussten wir bei Ankunft noch nicht welches Appartement wir haben werden und ob es einen Schlafplatz für unser Kind (die 5. Person der Übernachtung) geben wird. Zudem war uns auch nicht klar ob der geplante early CheckIn möglich sei da mehrere Anfragen leider unbeantwortet blieben. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft unbeheizt und volles aufdrehen der Heizkörper half auch nicht (überall) weiter da einige nicht oder nicht korrekt entlüftet waren. Die Lucke zum Rohbau im Dach (siehe Foto) ließ sich nicht schließen, so dass die kalte Luft aus dem ungedämmten Dachgeschoss eine unangenehme Kälte in der Unterkunft verbreitete. Im Esszimmer gab es nur eine Stehlampe die so wenig Licht ab warf, dass keine abendliche Spielmöglichkeit entstehen konnte. In der Küche gab es einen Hochsitz, leider nur mit 4 Stühlen, so dass wir hier auch nicht zu 5. Platz nehmen konnten. Das WC im Bad hing so tief, dass etwas darunter gedrückt wurde. Es gab im Bad keine Rollläden oder vernünftigen/undurchsichtigen Rollos, so dass einen jeder sehen konnte. Die Duschbrause war undicht und funktionierte nicht gescheit. Bauseits gab es einige Mängel, auch die bodentiefe Dusche war so schöecht verlegt, dass das Wasser eher Richtung Tür anstatt in den Abfluss floss. Wir waren froh "nur" eine Nacht dort gewesen zu sein und bei Abreise gab es einen (siehe Foto) Wasserschaden im Treppenhaus der schon bekannt zu sein schien (da sich bereits Schimmel gebildet hatte). Wir sind auf dem Wasser welches sich auf der Treppe verbreitet hatte fast ausgerutscht. War das 1. und leider letzte Mal in dieser Unterkunft!

Unmöglich…

Auf dem ersten Blick eine modernisierte Wohnung …. ABER

Unser Aufenthalt war leider alles andere als angenehm. Die Wohnung wirkt auf den ersten Blick modern, beim genaueren Hinsehen zeigt sich jedoch ein ganz anderes Bild: • Die Heizung funktioniert nicht, wir mussten im Badezimmer die Tür offen lassen, um überhaupt etwas Wärme in die Wohnung zu bekommen. • Mehrere Lampen waren defekt. • Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist locker, ebenso die Toilette, die zudem sichtbar gerissen ist. • Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Jalousien oder Vorhänge – man fühlt sich völlig auf dem Präsentierteller. • An den Decken hingen Spinnweben, auf Ablagen lag eine deutliche Staubschicht und im Schrank fanden sich Haare vom Vorgänger. • Aus der Dusche kam ein unangenehmer Geruch. • Dazu Wasserflecken an der Decke, die auf ein undichtes Dach schließen lassen. • In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch ein benutztes Pad vom vorherigen Gast. • Das Haus ist zudem sehr hellhörig – was zwar dem Alter geschuldet ist, aber insgesamt das Bild abrundet. Ich habe den Betreiber nach unserem Aufenthalt kontaktiert, um die Punkte sachlich anzusprechen – leider kam keinerlei Reaktion. Sehr schade, denn mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt und Kommunikation ließe sich hier einiges verbessern. So kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienausflug, zudem diese Wohnungen nichts beisteuern konnten.

Größe der Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht

Wasserschaden im Treppenhaus Toilettenspülung defekt Die Reinigungskraft hat versucht uns zu unterstellen, wir hätten ihren Staubsauger kaputt gemacht, was eine offensichtliche Lüge war. Fernseher defekt. Niemand im Haus fühlt sich zuständig für die Wohnungen. Es sind zwei Namen mit Tel. Nummern hinterlegt, welche als Besitzer definiert sind, die man nie erreichen kann. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Die handwerklichen arbeiten im Zuge der letzten Renovierung wurden bestenfalls dilettantisch ausgeführt.

Prima locatie voor iemand die doof is of er geen probleem mee heeft als er wat meer geluid dan norm.

De accommodatie was ruim en modern en redelijk voorzien.

Het bed is ronduit slecht, je rolt naar het midden. Kamer was niet helemaal schoon, boven het bed zweefde spinnenrag. De aanwezige bovenburen veroorzaakten door het lopen trillingen in het aanwezige meubilair die erg onaangenaam waren. ‘s nachts wordt er door de straat erg hard gereden waardoor je de ramen niet open kunt laten staan vanwege geluidoverlast.

Es war schön

Die Lage ist sehr Gut die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Wände sind nicht mehr schön im Badezimmer müssten die Fugen in der Dusche mal richtig gereinigt werden.Und der kleine Mülleimer im Bad müsste erneuert werden.

Die Lautstärke kommt bestimmt von dem Restaurant von den Gästen. Und die Haustür steht Tag und Nacht auf das ist nicht schön.
