Big and roomy, nice kitchen. But missing things here and there else in the place.
Good spacious apartment with many beds and bedrooms. Nice fridge and cooking facilities.
Place seems to be under "never ending" renovation. Wires coming out of the roof and walls and holes here and there(probably for renovation purposes) Internet box was hooked up to only power, but no wire or internet in the wall to hook it up to (that we could find anyway) Small outdated TV. Bedrooms were good for sleeping and good beds.

The building door was closed, and the code given by Booking.com didn't match the digicode at all. But otherwise everything went smoothly!

Mehrere Möbel waren schon defekt (Schränke), die Kaffeemaschine war nicht sauber. Oberhalb der Waschmaschinen ist ein großer Schimmelfleck.

Wohnung heruntergekommen. Insgesamt kein schöner Aufenthalt. Nicht empfehlenswert.
Einzig die Lage
Ich war bereits vor 3 Jahren mit Freunden in der Wohnung und wir wollten es nach den positiven Erfahrungen damals erneut versuchen. Diesmal wurden wir jedoch regelrecht enttäuscht, die Wohnung ist mittlerweile ziemlich heruntergekommen. Hier ein Auszug: - Zimmer haben nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen - Die Toilettenbrille war bei Eintreffen noch nass - Das Waschbecken im Bad war voller Haare - Die Waschmaschine war bei unserem Eintreffen noch in Betrieb, der Vermieter muss dann die Wohnung in unserer Abwesenheit ohne Bescheid zu geben betreten haben um weitere Wäsche nachzulegen - Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht funktionstüchtig bzw. ziemlich verkalkt - Das Waschbecken im Gäste WC war defekt und nur über das Ventil unterhalb des Beckens bedienbar - Im Bad waren mehrere Löcher in der Wand, Fliesen herausgeschlagen - Manche Schranktüren fielen auseinander - Der Wohnzimmerschrank war mit Baumaterial gefüllt Ich bin schon länger bei Booking und habe schon mehrere Unterkünfte gebucht. In der Preisklasse habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Den Vermieter hatte ich noch am gleichen Tag der Abreise über die Mängel informiert, meine Fragen oder Reklamation blieben unbeantwortet. Insgesamt kein schöner Aufenthalt. Nicht empfehlenswert.
