Awesome place for family experience and very comfortable with lots of space

Lots of space, very comfortable and lots of utilities and almost everything you need. Family house, you can see the vibes and energy of the house. Karin was very helpful and give detailed instructions. The view is amazing. It’s a pity that we didn’t have enough days to check the surroundings

Walls are thin and you can hear others room. There is no proper separation between other guest zones and location. The shower/wc rooms is glass and could be transparent from outside.

We can definitely recommend this

We are a family with two children and we can recommen this place. It's a large cosy house and we first rented the room in the top level and then the two rooms in the middle. There were good beds, nice clean bathrooms, a good kitchen and a small garden where you can sit outside. There are some restaurants in Winningen that we liked and of course good wine. We had a car and it was close to do trips to Koblenz, burg Eltz, Cochem etc.

Near to local host town

This was in a couple of minutes walk of the small centre which was beautiful and historic and had a few restaurants Be aware if you want to eat at any of these restaurants as there are only a few available you would be advised to book in advance as they are very busy and cannot accommodate you if you do t book in advance The property has just enough room to park a small car outside of its garage on the main road outside

The access to the prop is very steep and up stairs of a shiny marble type surface and is very slippery in the dry so can't imagine what it like in the wet We were on the lift area up several flights of steps The owner insisted on taken out shoes off at ground level which made negotiatiiating the stairs trick difficilt and hazardous in socking feet with cases and rucksacks as it's steep and very narrow There isn't any air conditioning and we were there in the recent heatwave of 38 degrees A lot of the equipment in the kitchen had stickers on saying not working do not use...so not functional only fridge working

It is just like home

The place is very very comfortable and welcoming. It is very clean, well organized and it feels like home. Very recommended, also for the lovely host and the beautiful city.

Great place to stay here.

We were alone in all house so was quiet, big kitchen with living room was just for us so it was comfortable. Good location, self check-in, free parking, garden and beautiful view. Recommend this place.

Zeer ruime kamer. Zeer goede vriendelijke host. parkeren kan lastig zijn

Zeer goed contact. was er zeer netjes. Een goede service zeker met parkeren voor garage. Jammer was wel dat we dit pas onderweg te horen kregen want je kan niet op straat parkeren. Ook moet je je schoenen binnen uitdoen. Mooie zeer grote kamen met rolluiken.

Parkeren hadden we graag voortijdig via booking vernomen. Je kan blijkbaar soms niet makkelijk voor deur op straat parkeren

Mi sono sentita come a casa. La camera è molto spaziosa e luminosa. Il bagno è ampio con una doccia molto confortevole.

Il letto matrimoniale aveva un materasso scomodo.

Stort, eldre hus med alt nødvendig for en natt

Stort hus i tre etg. Vi hadde hele huset for oss selv, de andre rommene i huset var ledige. God og tydelig kommunikasjon med verten.

Oppvaskmaskinen var ute av drift. Viften og lyset over ovnen virket ikke. Noe "gammel" lukt på vårt rom (øverste etg, for 5 personer).

Una notte riposante

Si tratta di un appartamento con zone in comune. Ben organizzato e accogliente. La padrona di casa era assente ma molto cordiale e gentile: ci ha fornito attraverso messaggi tutte le indicazioni per entrare in casa e parcheggiare. Avendo passato solo una notte come pausa da un lungo viaggio non è possibile fornire indicazioni sulla posizione. In ogni caso si trova nelle vicinanze dell'autostrada in un posto tranquillo e circondato dal verde. Dalla finestra si osservano ampi spazi collinari. La stanza, al secondo piano, è molto grande provvista di quattro letti di cui due matrimoniali. Il bagno è ampio e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Negli spazi comuni, una sala, una cucina e un giardino. Il frigorifero è a disposizione degli ospiti, così come tutto il necessario per prepararsi i cibi. Un soggiorno piacevole.

L'arredamento è "casalingo" e un po' spartano, materassi e cuscini sarebbero da sostituire con altri più comodi.

Handtücher vorhanden, mit Liebe eingerichtet, super Preis, wir haben nur eine Nacht als Zwischenreise dort verbracht, Küche wird mit anderen geteilt, Bad ist alleine

Leider ist das Zimmer hellhörig und wir haben unsere Nachbarn bis Mitternacht diskutieren gehört

Stökigt och smutsigt hus, i bra läge.

Läget är behållningen. Och kanske prisvärdheten. Trevligt med en trädgård att kunna vara i.

Massivt övermöblerat, och överdekorerat hus, prylar finns överallt! 90% kunde gott förvinna. Diskmaskinen är trasig utan ambition att lagas, precis som framdörrens ytterlås. Två gånger blev vi inlåsta, men lyckades till slut lirka upp låset. Köket är alldeles kladdigt av gammalt fett. Huset har outnyttjad potential!

Zeer slechte bedden, erg gehorig. Wekkers vanaf 4 uur. En overal staat iets.... Hier moet echt zoveel weggedaan worden

Ruim en betaalbaar op toplocatie

Je hebt enorm veel ruimte! Er kan gekookt worden en je staat met een paar minuten wandelen in het centrum. Het contact met de verhuurster verloopt soepel en de kamer is ruim.

Doordat er zoveel persoonlijke spullen staan voelt het toch een beetje alsof je in iemands huis loopt. Let op!!! Heb je een kind dat al kan staan, neem dan je eigen reisbedje mee! Deze is echt gevaarlijk laag (we twijfelen zelfs of het een poppenbedje is).
