Book it, if you see it is available

quite location, spacious and extremely well equipped apartment, two toilets/shower/bath is huge advantage for bigger groups. old house, carefully restored and decorated is really nice place for those who would prefer to stay in small towns like Lay… Lukas and his mom were extremely polite and provided full guidance on what to to in the region. Weingut is next door, so you can go for Riesling almost without limits (your bank account will be the limit). Very nice terrace overlooking wine yards on Mosel bank will keep you calm and relaxed while sunset is keeping you warm … just go for this nice apartment and enjoy the comfort and hospitality of owners along with beauty of the region

Overall very impressed with the 400yr old property, very bright & clean with views in all directions

The small town was lovely and peaceful to walk around and only 15 mins from Koblenz centre. Plus the holiday home was assumed to be the second oldest house in the town with views to the Mosel steps.

Nothing really, but be aware that it’s off street parking about 50m away.

Heel ontspannen en prettig

Het was een fijne comfortabele plek met fijne rustige inrichting en dat wat je nodig hebt. Ook waren er basisbenodigdheden, die je niet overal hebt, zoals kruiden, koffie, thee en olie. Er was wijn in de koelkast die je kon kopen. De eigenaars zijn ook nog zo vriendelijk geweest om ons een paar kinderkleren na te sturen, die we per ongeluk in de la hadden laten liggen. Helemaal top. Lay was een rustig dorp, vlakbij de grotere stad Koblenz tussen de wijnbergen aan de moezel. Vanuit het huis heb je een goed uitzicht

Unbeschwerte Weihnachtstage in Lay.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal im Präsenzhof und fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl dort. Ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber! Viel Raum in angenehmer, besonderer Atmosphäre. Die Ausstattung ist klasse. Auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Betten sind bequem und die zwei Badezimmer großartig. Die Weihnachtstage dort im Kreise der Familie zu verbringen war herrlich. Die Ruhe und Heimeligkeit haben wir genossen. Gerne mieten wir uns wieder ein : ) Mit herzlichem Gruß und den allerbesten Wünschen für 2026!

Ein rundum schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt

sehr schöne und hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles war in einem perfekten und sauberen Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr gute Betten/Matrazen. Daher haben wir hervorragend geschlafen. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter und die Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten schmeckten köstlich:-) Kleine gemütliche Außenterasse, die wir bei schönem Wetter ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Moselblick ist sehr eingeschränkt, was aber nicht wirklich gestört hat.

Uitstekend appartement van vriendelijke host voor omgeving Koblenz

Zeer vriendelijke host. Modern, ruim appartement. Twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers met toilet. Compleet ingerichte keuken met grote eettafel. Alle ramen voorzien van elektrisch bedienbare buitenzonwering.

Buiten de invloed van de host: de korte route naar Koblenz was afgesloten en het was erg warm, waardoor een airco of extra ventilatoren toch werden gemist.

Fabuleux logement sur les bords de la Moselle

Tout était parfait! Grand logement extrêmement propre et bien équipé avec deux salles de bain. Quartier calme facile d'accès avec emplacement de parking gratuit dans la rue.

Un des deux lits du bas qui grinçait.

Tolle Unterkunft mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und super Ausstattung!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Präsenzhof gefühlt. Total gemütlich und absolut sauber! Auch die Badezimmer waren super modern und toll ausgestattet. Grade mit Baby hat uns auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine + Trockner gut gefallen, sodass wir nicht Unmengen an Wechselsachen mitnehmen mussten. Ebenfalls positiv sind uns die herzlichen Vermieter im Kopf geblieben. Absolute Empfehlung und wir würden immer wieder kommen ☺️

Das Babybett könnte ggf. mal erneuert werden. Uns persönlich war es zu weich, sodass wir unsere Tochter mit in unserem Bett haben schlafen lassen.
