Good location, oddly designed apartment missing some basic things.

Good location and view. Washing machine.

No toilet paper. No washing up sponge. Had login details but couldn’t see wifi network on any devices, so no internet.

If the shower will be fixed, this appartment is real value for money. A very nice place!

The shouwer has two problems: 1) Although the water exit is clean, the drainage pipe is somewhere still blokked, so the water can not flow away, which causes an inondation of the bathroom. This has to be fixed. 2) the thermostat / temperatur regulator of the shower is broken, so the water is always far too hot. This makes taking a shower very unplaisant. This has to be fixed as well.

Visit British and Canadian beaches

The location is conveniently central for visiting the British and Canadian beaches. Beautiful view of the seaside. The host was quick to respond to my messages and was very accommodating.

The squawking gulls outside the bathroom window was crazy loud, had to keep the window shut to sleep.

L odeur de la cigarette alors que c est un apart ou l on ne doit pas fumer , pas de précision pour la cafetière car c est une cafetière à capsules et non signale dans le descriptif ! Dommage et litteroe à changer car cela fait une cuvette

Boa localização para quem está com carro alugado.

Cheiro de cigarro, tanto dentro do apto (com menos intensidade), porém com muita intensidade nas áreas comuns e do elevador. Outro detalhe foi que a cama é sofa cama, e a mesma não planifica o colchão totalmente, causando incômodo para quem dorme de bruços.

L’emplacement est idéal près du port et la vue sur mer est sympathique

La cuisine est difficilement accessible pour moi qui suis costaud la propreté laisse à désirer ( chaussettes d’un locataire précédent difficile de voir par la fenêtre de la salle de bain tellement elle est sale la poussière au dessus de l’armoire de toilette impressionnante la brosse de toilette est très usagée le réfrigérateur fait un bruit d’enfer difficile de dormir quand au lit complètement défoncé la parure de lit très mauvaise qualité (synthétique bas de gamme)

L emplacement. Logement propre avec une belle vue mer. Logement bien équipé dans son ensemble. La petite attention... café, thés mis à disposition.

Le canapé lit un peu déformé. L' odeur du tabac très fort du couloir qui rentre dans le logement. La caméra située sur la porte du voisin qui donne sur la porte d' entrée du logement.

Se ve el mar desde el salón-dormitorio.

Pedían demasiadas cosas a los huéspedes: lavar platos, secarlos y recogerlos (resultado: los huéspedes anteriores habían limpiado mal la vajilla y encontramos tenedores y platos algo sucios en el cajón y armario), recoger la cama, etc. Les dije que la WIFI no funcionaba pero nunca me contestaron, aunque sí me pidieron que les dejara buena evaluación. Una pena ya que el lugar no está mal, pero parece que no tan bien llevado.

Déçues de l'hébergement.

Nous n'avons pas eu le bon code wifi comme indiqué. Durant tout le séjour nous n'avons pas pu prendre une seule douche car l'eau était bouillante et impossibilité de régler le thermostat. Nous en avons fait part à la conciergerie. Unique réponse: (nous sommes déjà informés de ce problème. Nous envoyons un plombier .Celui ci n'a pu que constater que le ballon était H.S.)

Séjour à Courseulles.

Courseulles est une ville bien centrée pour rayonner en visites d'Isigny à Honfleur via Falaise, en moins d'1 heure. Le studio est dans une résidence calme et agréable avec une jolie vue sur la mer à 5/10mn à pied (même délai du centre ville).

Location agréable MAIS avec des points d'amélioration à apporter : eau chaude de la douche brûlante avec impossibilité de réglage ; canapé à ressort en "cuvette" ; 1 tiroir démonté.

Bien situé dans le village sur le port et accessible facilement à la mer et à la plage. Proche des sites et des visites du débarquement.
