In Courseulles-sur-Mer, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 46 m² flat with a superb view of the port, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 32 m² living room with sea views, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). The accommodation comprises
- A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A west-facing balcony of around 6 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather while contemplating this iconic view.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
