This 36-square-meter apartment, including an 8-square-meter loggia, offers a magnificent view of the marina and the sea. It can accommodate up to 4 people with its bedroom featuring a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This property is managed by Objectif Trip, a concierge service for vacation rentals that takes great care of its guests!

The apartment features a loggia with views of the sea and the marina—perfect for enjoying sunny days or rainy ones! It’s located near downtown and shops, and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away.

You’ll enter the apartment through the living room—which features a TV and a 160cm sofa bed (please bring your own sheets)—that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen:

The living room features a large picture window with access to the loggia overlooking the sea and the marina.

The apartment is on the second and top floor with no elevator.
You will receive a set of keys.

Check-in is normally from 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and house-trained.
