The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat with a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 10 m² and a terrace. We are waiting for you!
The south-west facing flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 14 m² with TV, two sofa beds (single) and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
- An open garden of 10 m² and a terrace of 7 m² partitioned by a claustra with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
