We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat with a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the sea air.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, two sofa beds (single) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet

- A terrace of 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
