Great value

Great value, comfortable apartment in a great location for exploring Normandy coast and landing beaches. Very quiet. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great communication from host.

The only complaint, an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived, had to go out and buy air freshener.

Enjoyable place

Close to the sea, to a long, sandy beach, in a very quiet place, in a settlement that is not very big, but has everything. Since the sun does not shine on the balcony, it is excellent on very hot days. 10 minutes walk to the daily fish market.

Good stay at Vue Sur Mer.

EXCELLENT location . Comfy bed , and it was reasonably clean. there was pigeon poop on the outer windows but I have no idea how anyone could clean those safely! Great view out the windows of the marina, and the Juno Beach museum and you could walk everywhere! the video instructions for finding the key were very helpful.

Good location let down by details in the apartment.

Good location and view. Close to harbour. Close to shops and restaurants.

A couple of comments on our recent stay: 1) The toilet is in a dangerous state - it seems to be mounted on some flexible material and the cistern is not fixed to the wall. When we arrived, someone had already tried to stabilise the toilet bowl by jamming folded paper underneath but anyone sitting on it had to be very careful not to fall off. We jammed a stone from the beach underneath but it didn’t help. 2) The shower tidy was falling off. 3) The ventilator in the shower room was horribly dirty. 4) The day bed in the living room isn’t a comfortable place to sit if watching TV! Otherwise, the apartment was good value and had a nice view of the marina and the distant ocean.

Oreilles et couette salle dans l'armoire.imposible d'y ranger ses affaires. Trop encombré. Grosse trace d'Humidité dans la salle de bain avec dedans un veil escabeau rouillé. Terrasse hyper salle avec coton tige dans rainurage de fenêtre qu'il n'était pas possible d'ouvrir .

Appartement machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Fenster, Türen verschmutzt, Fußboden im unappetitlichen Bad vor der Dusche verrottet, zwei Lampen ohne Schirm (nur nackte Glühbirne), Ofen unsauber, Kleiderschrank defekt, Schubladen ohne Führung...

Kulunut asunto ja huonekalut. Makuuhuoneessa kokolattiamatto. Ei ilmastointia. Asunnossa ei ollut käsipyyhkeitä. Majoittaja ilmoitti vuorokautta liian aikaisin että majoittuminen on päättymässä huomenna (ilta meni pilalle, kun murehdin asiaa).
