The apartment was great, it had everything you would need. I booked this apartment for its location and the description of on site parking, as i was driving a classic jeep. Unfortunately i was told it did not have on site parking, but parking was readily available on the street. Most evenings on return from days out it was hunt for a parking space, each night a different location. one night i had to park a 25 minute walk away. This was the only downside of my stay. The town of Courselles Sur mer is beautiful and the location of the apartment allows access to restaurants, beach, juno centre and shops.

Highly recommend for a couple. No elevator, so you do have to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach apartment. Instructions were in French which we do not speak/read but we were able to use Google translate and locate English instructions online.

We stayed here 10 days during the DDay anniversary celebrations. The aparment is in the Juno area, and just a short drive to The American Cemetarty, Utah and Omaha beaches, and the Overlord Museum. The apartment was great and as described in the listing. It is very well equipped with a comfortable bed and complete kitchen. The host was very responsive as well, and gave us tips on where to eat and things to do. We also really enjoyed the welcoming gift! Our favorite part of the apartment was the loggia facing the water. We spent so much time sitting there enjoying the incredible view, reading and having a glass of wine in the evening. Also, the parking was not a problem at all (even during the busy DDay celebration weekend). The only comment I would note is the apartment is on the 3rd floor (which is why the views are so amazing), and the building does not have an elevator. Not a problem, but good to know if you have health or mobility challenges. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it as a place to stay in the Normandy area.

We stayed in Juno Beach for a week during the 75th D-Day celebrations in Jun 2019. I think this has been our favourite VRBO to date! The apartment is very modern and equipped with all the essentials. It’s large and comfortable, with an amazing overlook of the harbour ... we spent hours just gazing out the window in the evenings. We cooked in a couple of nights, but also checked out the numerous restaurants in the area. The unit is perfectly situated...it’s a short walk to the Juno Center, walks along the beach, as well as shopping and restaurants. If you have a car, it’s the perfect location to explore south to Mont-Saint-Michel, or north up to Dieppe, or inland to some of the most beautiful cathedrals. There’s lots of free parking very close to the unit. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again! We loved it!! Wendy and Andy, Ontario, Canada

The flat in Courseulles is a modern property overlooking the marina and the sea beyond. The flat is beautifully furnished and decorated, feeling clean and fresh and it is well appointed with everything one might want to spend an extremely comfortable holiday, even DVDs for adult and children. The flat has two loggias (covered balconies) that afford views over the marina and the street and provide a lot of light. We loved looking at the boats and enjoyed the sea view. We were very happy in this lovely flat: it is quiet and only a few minutes' walk to the centre of the town with its market, shops, etc. The owners are extremely responsive and caring: they left us a welcome present and were in touch to make sure all was well during our stay. The only problem we encountered was with the parking. As we had the car, I looked only for properties with parking and this one did list it among its amenities. However, when I received last minute instructions from the owners, it became clear that there was no parking space reserved for the flat. The owner assured me that it was not a problem and that we would find a space in the street easily. This proved not to be the case, Every time we moved the car, it was quite a headache finding a space (August is obviously a very busy time of the year) and on two occasions, we were forced to abandon our car on the pavement where other cars had also resorted to finding a space in this congested area. I felt that listing "parking" as an amenity was not accurate. It was, however, the only downside to our holiday. We did have a great time in Courseulles and in this flat and would warmly recommend it.

Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Der Blick über den Hafen bis zum Meer ist wunderschön. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und schnell erreichbar. Courseulles ein liebenswerter französischer Ort.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien équipé et situé. L'appartement est propre, rien ne manque du wifi aux drats de lit. Depuis la loggia du salon, une belle vue sur le petit port de plaisance et la mer. L'absence d'ascenseur dans la résidence peut être problématique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite mais pour les personnes valides, cela ne pose aucun problème. Il n'y a pas de place de parking attitrée mais suffisamment de places à proximité immédiate pour la voiture. Tout se fait à pied y compris les petites courses alimentaires. L'hôte est agréable et s'adapte aux contraintes d'arrivée si besoin. Bref, je recommande.

Logement bien situé, bien équipé. Petites loggias ( une avec vue sur port de plaisance et plage) fermées permettant l'isolement pour lecture ou repos. Très pratique si l'on vient à 3 ou 4 personnes. Commerces et plage tout à côté. Tout peu se faire à pied . Petite ville agréable située au centre des sites du débarquement. Quartier calme. Petit cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le Calvados dans un appartement bien conçu, proche de la mer avec vue agréable sur le port et proche du centre ville (tout se fait à pied). Très tranquille, ce logement situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur d'une petite copropriété est totalement conforme à la description qui en est faite. Très fonctionnel, il est domotisé avec des équipements haut de gamme, ce qui le rend très sécurisé. Un tout petit bémol à signaler pour le canapé qui nous a semblé un peu ferme à notre goût et le problème rencontré avec la douche et la télé dans la chambre. Le fait de ne pas avoir de place de parking dans la résidence est un petit inconvénient, mais, avec un peu de patience et de chance, on arrive à trouver une place dans la rue. Les propriétaires ont un vrai savoir recevoir et savoir vivre puisqu'un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait, ce que nous avons bien apprécié. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et répondent relativement rapidement à nos questions. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de nos vacances chez vous. Bien cordialement

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel, super équipé, avec de plus une superbe vue port et mer. Il suffit de passer le pont et on accède à l’animation du port de pêche. Tout à pied. Donc appartement top, situation optimale, propriétaires attentionnés, que demander de plus pour passer un excellent séjour.

Bel accueil par les propriétaires, toutes les explications nous ont été bien renseignées autant pour les fonctionnements divers de l'appartement que de tout ce que nous pouvions réaliser à Courseulles . Un cadeau de bienvenue succulent nous à été offert. Un appartement magnifique avec une vue imprenable, d'une propreté irréprochable. Le contenu , meubles, appareils ménagers, décors sont d'un confort inégalable. Nous avons passé une semaine reposante , vivifiante sans particulièrement devoir faire des km. En effet sur place il y a tellement de belles choses à faire et à voir, des restos hors pair , particulièrement le resto la crèmerie. Et pour finir, nous vous recommandons donc vivement la location de ce bel appartement, vous n'en serez pas déçu du tout.

Het appartement was erg schoon, heel modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is mooi en de eigenaar aardig en betrokken. Het is eigenlijk precies zoals het in de omschrijving staat. De locatie van het appartement is erg gunstig. De ligging is ideaal voor het bezoeken van de D-Day stranden en het bezichtigen van diverse musea in de omgeving. Juno beach is op loopafstand. Wij zouden dit appartement zeker aanbevelen.
